✨ Individual session with Cristina – Personalised, deep work

The individual session lasts at least one hour and we work directly on your situation and what you need at that moment, using the techniques, exercises and knowledge I work with.

Every person is different, so the session does not have the same structure for everyone. Depending on what comes up, we can work on relationships, money and abundance, family, mother, father, inner child, self-sabotage, fears, self-confidence, chakras, repetitive patterns, ancestral karma, energy work or other aspects that matter to you.

⚠️ Preparation before the session is mandatory

The individual session is not the first step.

Before you come to the session, you need to have already started working on yourself.

The aim is that by the time of the session you have already started the process and worked on the things you can do on your own, so that during our time together we can go deeper.

If you have not done the Unbindings from Spells, do not book the session.

If, during the salt unbindings, reactions appear that you associate with energy work, keep working until they settle. In parallel, start your personal work. If you have never worked on yourself before and don't know where to start, I recommend:

After this preparation, we use the session to go deeper into your situation.

You don't need to know in advance which technique you need. You come with what you want to work on, and I lead the process according to what comes up.

📅 New clients – you choose your own appointment

If this is the first time we are working together, booking is done exclusively on this page.

After purchasing the session, you choose the date and time that suit you directly from the calendar, from the available slots.

You do not need to message me on WhatsApp to request an appointment.

If you later need to change the date, you can change your appointment at least 4–5 days in advance.

⚠️ Appointments are not changed at the last minute.

⚠️ If you do not attend the session, the amount paid is not refunded.

If we are already working together and you have received the date and time of your next session from me on WhatsApp, you do not need to book another appointment in this page's calendar.

Once we start working together, if we need to continue with more sessions, I can book a slot for you directly in my monthly schedule. In that case, you don't need to search for and book an available date on the website each time. You receive the appointment directly from me and use the page for existing clients to make the payment.
