In a live stream, I finally did the salt release with my father — I kept putting it off until a client wrote to me, “Cristina, when are you doing the live stream about fathers?” For me it is easy, because I have worked on it; for many of you it is not. That is why I am writing this article: the relationship with your father leaves patterns within you that you carry for years without knowing whose they are. I show you what the relationship with your father leaves within you, what parental arguments leave in a child, and the salt ritual for your father's energies, with all the phrases.
Why the relationship with your father matters so much
As I told you in the live stream: your father is within you. Half of you is your father. The mother's role is to give you your identity. The father's role is to teach you that the world is not dangerous. That is why children who had a fearful father very often carry fear through life too. The masculine from the paternal line is half your energy: men without it lose their way, while women carry it within them and manifest from there — in money, careers and relationships.
You were born his child — that is a soul contract, and even after death he remains in your field. You are not working with a memory, but with a living energy.
What the relationship with your father leaves within you
- Fear. Your fearful father passed fear on to you. It is released simply: “Dear father, I give you back the fear.”
- Violence and anger. When the father beats the mother, the children defend her. Those beatings do not disappear: they remain in your psyche, and until you work on them, you manifest from there.
- The toxic masculine. Men who show off are really insecure men. If you have not worked on yourself, trauma taught you to fall for it, and you attract toxic ones — the relationship with your father has enormous consequences for your relationships with men.
- The inability to make money. A common pattern passed on to children: you took it on especially if your father did not know how to make money or your mother was stronger than him.
- Betrayal. Without realizing it, the child takes on the parent's energies to save them. My father was betrayed several times, and for a long time I carried the energy of his betrayal. Many energies we carry as loyal children belong to our parents.
- Criticism, humiliation, comparisons, abuse. They remain in the energy body for years.
- Addictions and fear of them. I do not drink, but I inherited the fear of starting to drink — a common pattern among children who saw it at home.
- Self-abandonment. “I do not see myself, do not appreciate myself enough and sabotage myself.” The program that goes hand in hand with “I destroy myself”.
And something else: pity for your father. As long as you pity him, you are in the rescuer position, not in your place as his child — and pity makes you seek men like him, with the same wounds or needing rescue, so you no longer live your own life.

Your father has his own wound too
Release is not an accusation. When you work with your father, you reach a freeing phrase: “Dear father, you betrayed yourself before you betrayed me.” Our parents stayed together because they shared energies — they deserved each other, many in codependency, knowing nothing else. And something I have often seen: the person who drinks is not necessarily “the bad one” in the home; sometimes that person was the one holding the family's energy. In my case: my father was not narcissistic; he was alcoholic. Yet on the salt, what did I feel for him? Love. Support. Not everything he carried affected me too.
Giving back to him is not punishment: you do it to take your place as the child. “It is not my job to carry your pain. You are grown, you can carry it.” This does not mean you do not love him. Adults do, children receive — and receive only the gifts. Out of love, we took on all the nastiness, even when our parents were not giving it to us.
The energy you took from your father kept you alive then — now you give it back with gratitude, not anger, and the path continues naturally toward forgiveness.
Parental arguments: what remains in the child
In a live stream, we worked on the emotions generated by parental arguments. I will tell you directly: the child internalizes the argument between mother and father. The child does not have the psychological mechanisms to protect themselves, so they internalize everything — it remains at the cellular level — and parts of them split off that still argue today: heart with mind, the part wanting a family with the part not wanting one, the part wanting children with the part that does not.
That is why, if you argue often, it is usually not about what you are arguing over; it is something from childhood. The argument outside reflects the part within you that argues. That is why some see only bad in men: while other children were playing, they stood guard between two arguing adults.
The exercise from the live stream: with your eyes closed, go to the moment when your parents were arguing and you stood there, watching. Take that child by the hand: “Let's leave here. This is not your place.” Leave your parents in their argument and go out with the child — perhaps part of your inner child is still there today, listening to the argument endlessly. I wrote about welcoming that child in the article on healing the inner child.
Then say the phrases: “I ask the pieces of my soul left in the arguments between mother and father to return to me, and I cancel the arguments between mother and father internalized within me.” If hatred remains: “I alchemize the program ‘I hate men’ into the program ‘I respect myself’” — hatred of men (and the reverse in men) blocks good relationships. And if there were beatings in your home: “Dear inner child, the beating is over. From now on I protect you.”
The salt ritual for your father's energies: the steps
This is how I did it in the live stream below — you can do it with me.
1. The salt. Take a kilogram of coarse salt, put it on the floor and stand on it with bare feet. Ideally naked; I did it clothed because I was live.
2. The first phrase and the flow. Say, “Dear father, I give you back everything that belongs to you” — and let it flow out of you. Do not rattle off your phrases: work with them for as long as you need. On salt you feel the energy flowing, over your head, down your spine, downward. If you do not feel it, that does not mean it is not working: you are in your head or disconnected from your energy body.
3. The reactions. Do not be frightened. There may be burping, vomiting with heavy energies, sluggishness, sleepiness and yawning, extreme fatigue, strong shaking — those really exist, they are not made up — heat, dizziness. The stronger the effects, the more work you have to do on the paternal line.
4. Thanks. When things have relaxed: “Dear energies, thank you. You helped me survive.”
5. Receiving. “Dear father, I receive everything good you have to give me. You are my father, I am your daughter or son, and I take my place as your child before you. Please, dear father, bless me.” Close your eyes, connect with your father heart to heart and let it enter: power, strength, confidence, love. From your father you receive only gifts; what is not good, he keeps with him.
6. Everyone's place. Place your parents energetically where they belong: mother on the left, father on the right, both behind you — never in front, because that is where your life is. You are the child: you receive, you do not give. You can better understand this order of the lineage through family constellations, and “Dear soul of the lineage, put everyone in their place so the energy of life can flow to me” closes the work.
7. If your father has died. It is actually easier to work on. Say, “Dear father, I leave the pain of your passing with you. You have not disappeared — I know when you are in the field.” Then: “I break the ties that still bind me to your pain and your death.” Close your eyes, see the ties that still hurt and fill them with love and light until they are reabsorbed.
Releases through the paternal line: the phrases
The phrases below are those from the live stream, in the order in which they came to me from the field. You do not say them all at once: take one at a time, the one that is yours. If new phrases come to you, use them — you do not need my validation.
- “Dear father, I give you back everything that belongs to you, and I let it flow out of me.”
- “Dear father, I give you back all the energies of beating and violence, all the anger.”
- “Dear father, I give you back all the toxic masculine energy I took from you.”
- “Dear father, I give you back fear and all the helplessness. There is no reason for me to carry your energies.”
- “Dear father, I give you all the inability to make money that I took from you. I can make money. I do not need to manifest like you to save you or connect with you.”
- “Dear father, I give you all the energy of betrayal I took from you, the energies of unhealthy relationships, all the arguments, all the deceit.”
- “Dear father, I give you back all the criticism, all the humiliation, all the comparisons and all the abuse.”
- “Dear father, I give you back the energies of addiction, the fear of starting to drink and the fear of going mad.”
- “Dear father, I give you back the program ‘I destroy myself’ and the program of self-abandonment.”
- “Dear father, I leave with you all the limiting programs you had and that I took on consciously or unconsciously.”
- “Dear father, I leave the pain of your lineage with you. You are grown, you can carry it.”
- “Dear father, I leave childhood loyalty with you and take my place as an adult.”
- “Dear father, my successes honor you. I choose to honor you through a better life.”
One last thing: do not stop at words — when you say the phrase, let the energy drain from the body. And if you cannot yet say “I take my place as an adult”, do not force yourself: you cannot lie to yourself there; it is a process. Step by step, you become a mother and father to yourself.

The relationship with your father, money and success
The most important money phrase in this work? “I can make money. I do not need to manifest like you to save you or connect with you.” Many have not dared to have more than their father, out of childhood loyalty — as though succeeding would betray him. It is not so. My successes honor my father — and manifestation and abundance open from the adult role.
The reverse is just as true: while you are saving your father, you are not living your own life. Release the masculine from the paternal line and see how money, relationships and your power in the world change.
When working alone is not enough
Difficult themes — for example, energies of sexual abuse through the paternal line — are worked on with many salt releases, in small steps, and, at the same time, individual therapy with a specialist. And those internal struggles are not conscious: they surface in therapy sessions.
Everything I use in live streams — the ritual, the phrases and their order — is in Complete Releases with Your Father (PDF). We have already worked on the mother in a live stream: you can find the companion article about the mother wound and releases with your motheron the blog. All the materials are in the release collection.

Do the release with me
Put down salt, take off your shoes and start the live stream. I programmed its field to bring exactly the people who need this release — if you have reached this point, you are among them. Say the phrases with me, at your own pace.
And I worked more extensively on the emotions generated by parental arguments in the live stream with releases for the emotions from parental arguments — start it when you have time.
Frequently asked questions about the relationship with your father
What do I feel when my father's energies are released?
Burping, vomiting with heavy energies, sluggishness, sleepiness, yawning, great fatigue, shaking, heat. The stronger the effects, the more work you have to do. Do not hold them inside: let them out.
I love my father. Is it right to give him back his energies?
Yes. Giving back does not mean you do not love him; it means taking your place as the child: adults do, children receive only gifts. At the end, you receive his blessing too.
Why do I attract men like my father?
Out of love and pity, you took on his programs: pity makes you a rescuer, and the rescuer attracts men to save. Work on the toxic masculine through the paternal line — until then, you attract what you know.
I had a violent father or one with addictions. Does salt help?
Yes, but not on its own: heavy energies are given back in small steps, with many releases and individual therapy. Be gentle with yourself — learning to be a mother and father to yourself happens step by step.
Your father is half of you — and that half deserves to be yours, cleansed. Put down salt, say “dear father”, give him what belongs to him and receive the gifts. Sending you a kiss, and I look forward to seeing you at the next live stream.
