About Cristina Balan – Adevăr și Lecuire

Cristina Balan

Founder of Adevăr și Lecuire · entrepreneur · artist · content creator

I am Cristina Balan, the founder of Adevăr și Lecuire. My path brings together two worlds that, for me, are not separate: business experience and the spiritual search.

I was born in the Republic of Moldova and studied in Denmark and then in France, including at ESCP. International experience, entrepreneurial projects and years of working with people and teams have given me a practical approach: ideas gain value when they can be turned into projects, systems and concrete results.

Business experience and skills

I have built experience in entrepreneurship, management, strategy, project development, team coordination, marketing and product development. I have led large teams and communities and have gone through every stage of building a business: from idea and positioning to offer, sales, organisation and growth.

This path helps me look at personal development from a concrete perspective as well: how we turn an intention into a direction, an idea into a project and an inner change into a visible change in everyday life.

My spiritual path

Spirituality was present in my life long before Adevăr și Lecuire came into being. I have always felt a special connection with God and a deep need to understand the soul, the meaning of the experiences we go through and the relationship between the inner world and the life we build.

Over the years I have studied, explored and practised different perspectives on spirituality, consciousness and personal transformation. I selected and refined the tools I found useful and integrated them into an approach of my own, focused on applying them in real life.

How do I know all this?

It is one of the questions I am asked most often. Part of what I know comes from study, experience, observation and years of working with myself and with other people. Another part comes from my spiritual experience, from my connection with God, from intuition and from what I perceive as experience accumulated over several past lives, including the lives of people deeply involved in spirituality, philosophy and ethics.

Adevăr și Lecuire

Adevăr și Lecuire was born from the meeting between my spiritual experience and my ability to build projects. It is a space dedicated to self-knowledge, reflection, spiritual practices and personal development.

Through materials, digital books, workshops, sessions, products and educational content, I share the tools and perspectives I have gathered and developed along my own path.

Artist and creator

Art is another important part of my identity. Through painting I explore colour, symbol, energy and inner expression. My artistic work is also presented through my BKSEO Art Studio profile.
