The Academy is the space where I pass on the Truth and Healing method to those who want to study it in depth and learn to integrate it into their work with people.

We start from our own inner process and move forward, step by step, towards understanding the processes of other people. We learn to observe, to ask the right questions and to build a coherent process of emotional, energetic and spiritual work.

If you feel you want to go deeper into your own process and understand how to work with wounds, blockages and repetitive patterns, this path gives you a framework for going deeper.

Within the Academy, I, Cristina Balan, progressively pass on my methods, exercises and way of working. Each stage builds on what you have learned and worked on before.

What we explore in depth during the training

The programme consists of 12 modules. Among the topics covered:

• The Inner Child — the wounds, fears, reactions and mechanisms formed in early experiences.
• The Relationship with the Mother — the child's needs, early wounds and the patterns reproduced in adult life.
• The Relationship with the Father — safety, authority, trust and how we relate to ourselves.
• The Energy Body — deepening energy work within the Truth and Healing method.
• The Unbindings — the methods used in practice and understanding how a working process is built.
• Spiritual Warfare — the spiritual practices used within Truth and Healing.
• Spells and How to Undo Them — exploring this topic within the spiritual framework specific to the method.
• Working with clients — observation, questions, connections and understanding the process of the person in front of you.

The content will be explored progressively throughout the training.

A path of learning and practice

Throughout the training, participants have access to the weekly client work group.

Personal work goes hand in hand with learning the method. As the training progresses, we move from our own process towards understanding and working with the processes of other people.

The training takes place online, starting in January 2027. The full calendar, exact module dates, times and access information will be communicated directly to those enrolled.

Depending on preparation and the projects available, this may include being featured on the website as a practitioner trained in the Truth and Healing method.

Collaboration is built individually, where there is trust, compatibility and a project we can work on together.
