Injustice and lawsuits: justice release practices for your justice and truth

Cristina Balan Written byCristina Balan

I know many people go through lawsuits, cases that never seem to end, and a feeling of injustice that eats away at them day and night. That is why I did several livestreams on justice release practices. And I am not speaking from books: I too have been going through a difficult lawsuit involving divorce and children for several years. I know what it is like to have the truth before you, supported by evidence, and feel that things still do not move.

Around January, I told God: ‘I need to resolve my problems, seriously. I want to finish with this circus once and for all and do something else. Please send me through intuition what I need to do.’ And the phrases came to me. I worked on them daily, tested them, and checked which worked better. Below I give you what remained.

I explain what energetic blockages in a lawsuit mean from my perspective, where the feeling of injustice within us comes from, and how to perform release practices step by step: send back, call back, cancel soul contracts, and dissolve programs.

Important, before anything else: release practices are spiritual work on energy. They do not replace a lawyer and do not guarantee a lawsuit’s outcome. They are not legal advice. If you have a lawsuit, work with a lawyer, meet deadlines, and do everything required on the legal side. Perform release practices alongside this, for your field, your peace, and your clarity.

The feeling of injustice often begins within us

There is so much injustice in this world. But the truth is that, first of all, we are unfair to ourselves. Through various mechanisms: we chase others, put other people first, and treat ourselves unfairly. Nobody created it for us from scratch; we carry it within us and keep manifesting it.

These programs are learned subconsciously in childhood. If children were treated differently in the family, you learned favoritism. If someone repeatedly treated you unfairly, humiliated you, or hit you, you learned to endure — and that is not education, it is abuse. You then carry these things into work and no longer value your work.

It is the same with lying. All my life I stood for justice and truth, and yet I manifested lies constantly. Why? Because the part of me that does not tell the truth had been pushed into shadow; it was unacceptable. And I was lying to myself — rose-colored glasses, you know. When you manifest lies around you, ask where you are lying to yourself.

And with discrimination: it also begins with you. In reality, everything goes from the self to the self. I do not allow anyone to discriminate against me. You are God’s child, I am God’s child — nobody is above anyone else.

Why do we work on all this in a justice livestream? Because if you have absorbed someone’s tyranny or carry suffering programs within you, they may also manifest as problems with the justice system. If abuse or childhood trauma lies behind them, please also work with a psychologist or psychotherapist. I also wrote about these roots in the inner-child guide.

What blockages in a lawsuit look like energetically

From my experience: case files move from place to place, strange things appear, delays become absurd, and the truth is there, supported by evidence, yet nobody seems to see it. You feel as though you are fighting something invisible.

Be aware: delays and decisions very often have entirely earthly explanations — procedures, deadlines, and workloads. Discuss those with your lawyer. I am speaking only about the energetic side, the part you can cleanse yourself.

Another saying stays with me: lies take the elevator; truth takes the stairs — more slowly, but it arrives. And something else: someone who wants to harm you can keep you in lawsuits for years even if they eventually lose. Their purpose is to drain your energy. So stop giving them energy. Do what you need to do, legally and spiritually, and stop exhausting yourself.

Before you begin

  • Raise your vibration. The higher you are, the better release practices work. I apply Love Mix oil because it easily aligns me with the vibration of love, the highest vibration.
  • You can stand on salt, if you also perform the salt ritual.
  • Say the phrases in the present tense. The only time that exists is the present. You do not need to add ‘let it be’, ‘it is fulfilled’, or other formulas.
  • Say them with intention and spiritual strength. What matters is not how many times you repeat them, but the strength behind them.
  • Each type of phrase has its own energetic movement. When you send back, you push energy out of you — it knows where it came from. When you dissolve a program, allow yourself to feel it in your body and let it flow. When you call back, you receive and integrate it in your heart.

Step 1: send back what was done upon your justice

The basic formula is:

‘I send back all spells, enchantments, voodoo, rituals, witchcraft, and black magic done upon [the area] to those who did them to me, and I program my field to no longer accept such things.’

Say it in turn with each area below, and push the energy:

  1. my justice
  2. my lawyers
  3. the judges in cases in which I am involved
  4. the prosecutors in my cases
  5. my truth
  6. the justice due to me
  7. my karma
  8. my legal case files
  9. my witnesses
  10. the evidence in my cases
  11. the legal decisions that concern me
  12. all people involved in making decisions or bringing evidence in my cases
  13. my court judgments
  14. my complaints
  15. the inquiries and investigations in my cases
  16. the court where my lawsuits take place

I said some of these for you and was surprised to find that I had them too — as with the one about witnesses.

Step 2: call back justice and the angel of justice

After sending back, you call back what is yours. The formula is:

‘I call back [what is mine] and program my field to no longer accept losing or giving away such things.’

  1. my angel of justice
  2. my karma
  3. the justice due to me
  4. my truth
  5. divine justice

In another livestream, we worked on the angel of justice in two steps. First you undo: ‘I undo all bindings made upon my angel of justice and alchemize them into justice, from all times and spaces, lives and dimensions, and beyond them.’ Then you call: ‘I ask that my angel of justice and all my angels of justice return, from all times and spaces, lives and dimensions, and beyond them.’

There, I also added two phrases for case files:

  • ‘I undo all blockages placed upon all judicial bodies in my case and alchemize them into clarity and justice, from all times and spaces, lives and dimensions, and beyond them.’
  • ‘I undo all veils that the justice system has in my cases.’

A word about karma

Karma is neither positive nor negative. It is the law of the Universe: you receive what you send; what you do returns like a boomerang. Other people can only slow things down. If you are a person with God, you do not fear karma: if I did wrong, I pay, cleanse, and it is cleansed. Do good deeds. Do not treat others as you would not want to be treated — but do not let yourself be trampled either. Stay in balance. I wrote about what we carry from our families in the article on ancestral karma and how to release it.

Step 3: cancel soul contracts and dissolve programs

Here you work on the part of you that accepted injustice. The complete formula is:

‘I cancel all soul contracts through which I accepted [X], and I program my field to no longer sign this type of contract. I dissolve the [X] program within me.’

Say it in turn for:

  1. injustice
  2. unfairness
  3. being wronged
  4. serfdom — a program many of us carry in ancestral karma
  5. slavery of every kind — energetic, through the justice system, in many forms. How many of us have not, in some way, been slaves to our parents?
  6. lying
  7. abuse of power
  8. sadomasochism
  9. tyranny
  10. inequity
  11. abuse
  12. arbitrariness
  13. favoritism
  14. discrimination

When I said the one about abuse of power, I felt great love in my heart chakra.

Sadomasochism does not refer only to sexuality, as people think. If a parent repeatedly degraded you, you became masochistic because it was your only solution. Many people have it. I have it too.

And regarding abuse: we have often minimized it. ‘Never mind, it is over.’ But the energies remain, and then you wonder where they come from.

Step 4: call back the pieces of your soul

Here the work is different. It is not just an affirmation. Close your eyes and say:

‘I call back all pieces of my soul left in injustices. I purify and integrate them.’

Connect with all your soul pieces — they are yours — call them, bring them into the heart chakra, and integrate them. Sometimes they arrive full of darkness and trauma and need purification. Speed does not matter. A single phrase may suffice. This phrase alone can be a thirty-minute meditation while lying in bed.

In the livestream, we did a deep exercise on sadomasochism together. The steps were:

  1. Call back all parts of yourself lost in that program. Purify and integrate them.
  2. Allow yourself to feel. A memory may come to you. Where do you feel it in your body? I felt it in my head, then my belly. I became cold — it is trauma. If you feel cold, put a blanket over yourself; I always keep a blanket nearby in individual sessions.
  3. Speak to the energy: ‘Dear energy, you helped me survive because things were very hard for me. Thank you.’
  4. Choose: ‘By my free will, I choose to live a life without suffering. Now I can; I am grown up and no longer a victim. I can decide, and I am not obliged to remain in this.’
  5. Recognize the lesson: ‘My soul wanted to learn this lesson.’ Give yourself time to see what you learned from that suffering. You do not need someone to come and tell you what your lesson is. In my case, it was becoming resilient and stronger. But ultimately, the conclusion is that love is greater than power — in other words, your original nature.
  6. Release the energy from your body and let it go. It knows very well where.

For me, a single phrase took ten minutes. It is not about saying it; it is about cleansing. If the exercise opens up difficult memories of abuse, stop and seek support from a psychologist or psychotherapist.

Step 5: stop staying silent when you are right

In another livestream, we worked on this aspect too, which also concerns justice:

  • ‘I undo the programs through which I stay silent when I should speak, from all times and spaces, lives and dimensions, and beyond them.’ If you are right, do not stay silent. The moment you do, you concede that the other person is right.
  • ‘I undo all submission programs. I am the creator and owner of my reality. I alchemize them into self-confidence.’ I see submission very often in chakra 3, the solar plexus; sunlight and self-confidence work help there.

If your lawsuit involves an inheritance, I also gave this phrase: ‘My ancestors’ inheritance belongs to me. I allow nobody to steal what is rightfully mine, from all times and spaces, lives and dimensions, and beyond them.’ Naturally, clarify the legal side of succession with your lawyer or notary.

What reactions may appear

During release practices, people in the livestream said they yawned continuously, sneezed, burped, teared up, felt nausea like a whirlpool in the stomach, pain in the throat, belly, or eyes, numbness, and cold. I burped a lot and felt energy flowing down my back. These are frequent cleansing reactions. But if a reaction is strong or does not pass, stop, rest, and seek a doctor’s advice.

What to do after release practices in daily life

  • Be fairer to yourself. Make it your aim this week to stop putting everyone else first.
  • Tell yourself ‘I deserve it’. Instead of speaking harshly to yourself, repeat ‘I deserve it’ on a loop. You do not become a narcissist. The subconscious is like a computer: it understands the commands you give it. That is why giving it positive commands — and actually living them — matters.
  • Do not expect everything from an oil. Oils help you vibrationally, increasingly so the more sensitive you are to energies. For justice, I use Mix Justiție Absolută oil and, for the ritual, the candle with Mix Justiție Absolută. But an oil does not resolve a lifetime’s problems. Many have a psychological aspect behind them that you need to work on.
  • Do your part on the legal side. Documents, deadlines, and a lawyer. Release practices replace none of these.

Perform justice release practices with me

If you want to work with me in real time, play the livestream below. Say the phrases with me and allow yourself to feel.

The angel of justice and the phrases about case files and inheritances are in the first half of the ‘Live release practices – justice, abundance, and strength’ livestream.

Frequently asked questions about injustice and justice release practices

Can I win a lawsuit using only release practices?

No. Release practices work on energy, your field, and the programs within you. They do not replace a lawyer, are not legal advice, and do not guarantee a lawsuit’s outcome. You perform them alongside everything required on the legal side.

Is there a prayer for justice and truth?

I work with release phrases, not a particular prayer. The closest are ‘I call back the justice due to me’ and ‘I call back my truth’, together with ‘I program my field to no longer accept losing or giving away such things’. The phrases came to me after I asked God to show me what to do. If you also want a prayer, you can find several in the article on powerful prayer.

Why do I so often feel injustice?

Because the injustice program is often within us: we learned it in childhood when children were treated differently or we were treated unfairly, and then we manifest it. The first step is to be fair to yourself. The second is to cancel the soul contracts through which you accepted injustice and dissolve the program.

How many times do I need to say the phrases?

The number does not matter; the spiritual strength behind them does. Say them in the present tense with intention, and give yourself time to feel. When calling back soul pieces, a single phrase may take ten minutes or even a whole meditation.

What do I feel during justice release practices?

The most frequent reactions are yawning, sneezing, burping, tears, cold, or nausea. They are cleansing reactions. If they are strong or do not pass, stop and seek a doctor’s advice.

Truth arrives more slowly, by the stairs, but it arrives. Do your part legally, cleanse your energetic side, and be fair to yourself first of all. Sending you a kiss, and I look forward to seeing you at the next livestream.

Injustice: how to maintain clarity in a conflict

When you feel wronged, you can separate emotions from facts and necessary actions. Spiritual justice practice can support personal reflection, but does not guarantee the outcome of a conflict or lawsuit.

Your truth and information that can be verified

Pain deserves to be heard, and concrete action requires clear information. Write down what happened and which documents or conversations are relevant. If the situation has legal consequences, discuss it with a competent professional. The book offers personal-work phrases on justice that you can use separately from legal decisions.

An exercise you can adapt

Divide a page into facts, questions, and emotions. Choose one practical step: collecting a document or clarifying information. For the emotional side, formulate an intention focused on yourself: I choose to preserve my discernment.
