Release practices for children: how to cleanse yourself and your children (and when you must not)

Cristina Balan Written byCristina Balan

On March 8, after a whole day of flowers, cakes, and drawings from the children, I went live and said: let us do release practices for children. For us, mothers and fathers, and for our children. It became one of the most intense cleansing evenings recently — I yawned throughout the cleansing.

But before any formula, I will tell you the basic rule, which I repeated several times in the livestream: you may not do release practices on anyone, at any time, just because they are your child. For little children, yes. For teenagers who do not want it, no. For adult children, only if they have given you consent — and nothing beyond what they accepted.

Below you will find why consent matters so much, how I do release practices ‘on myself and my children’, what we send back, what we call back, and what we pass on to our children without realizing it.

When you may do release practices for children

This is the part I ask you to read twice.

  • Little children: you can do release practices for them, especially in specific cases where someone is harming them and the child is too young to defend themselves.
  • Children who already understand: a child of around 10 can tell you whether they want it or not. Ask them.
  • Teenagers: they already know what they want. If they do not want it, do not interfere.
  • Adult children: only with their very clear consent, and only for what they agreed to.

If you have not received consent, you do not do this release practice. You create karma for yourself. Every soul has its own destiny and lesson. The more a child grows, the more consciousness they have and their own lesson to experience. Think of it this way: God respects human free will. When you do not respect it, you place yourself above God.

And there is something else: the savior. The one who comes to fix everything for others while their own home is full of filth. Do not play around with this — you do more harm to the children.

I once had a woman who insisted on ‘fixing’ something in her son. She did not know whether he agreed, but it had to be fixed. I told her she could not interfere, but could work on her relationship with him. ‘God forbid, no!’ She was projecting enormously. In fact, she needed to work on herself, on her inner child. Often this is the clearest path: instead of working ‘on’ your child, work on yourself and on the parent–child relationship. I wrote more about this aspect in the article on healing the inner child.

Something very important: release practices are spiritual work, not treatment. If your child has behavioral, sleep, eating, or any health problems, first see the pediatrician and a child psychologist. Energy work can support you as a parent, but never replaces a professional.

Why we work ‘on myself and my children’

You should know that the people doing these things to you are usually not strangers. It is the people closest to you — relatives. And sometimes, if they can no longer reach you directly, they use the children as an antenna to reach you. I have seen this several times.

That is why at the end I do not say ‘I program their field’, but ‘I program our field’. It is you and your children, together.

And another thing: many things we manifest as adults do not come from nowhere. You cannot manifest something like this now, as a grown-up, without having faced it when you were little. These are energies within you — and that is why they attract. If you feel the problem comes down the family line, also read about ancestral karma and how to release it.

How to prepare

  1. Raise your vibration. Concentrate and rise as high in vibration as possible. Shake yourself gently — very small shakes — until you feel you have risen.
  2. Put the essential oils on salt, as with all my salt release practices. I often use a protection blend.
  3. Say each sentence slowly and allow time afterwards. Do not rush. Some release practices — such as the one involving food — are very powerful and need more time; I repeat those.
  4. Tap gently if you feel the need, to help the release.

General and specific

You do the release practices generally and specifically. Generally, you say ‘to those who did them’. Specifically, you name the person you suspect is harming you. If naming them makes you react strongly on the salt — burping, for example — you have a sign that this is where it comes from. In the livestream I did them generally; you do the specific ones at home.

Release practices for you and your children: what you send back

There is a single basic formula. Say it each time, changing only what comes after ‘done’:

‘I send back all spells, charms, voodoo, rituals, sorcery, and black magic done [on / with …] to me and my children, to those who did them to us, and I program our fields never to accept anything like this again.’

Here is what we worked on in the livestream, in order:

  1. done with blood;
  2. done with food (this was very powerful — I repeated it);
  3. done with drink;
  4. done with milk;
  5. done with pies;
  6. done with roast meat or on roast meat;
  7. done on the heart of my children and me;
  8. done on the toys of my children;
  9. done on the phones of my children and me;
  10. done on the chakras of my children and me;
  11. done on the consciousness of my children and me;
  12. done on the mind of my children and me;
  13. done from my family lineages, on me and my children;
  14. done on the emotions and emotional body of my children and me;
  15. done on the psyche of my children and me;
  16. done with beads;
  17. done on the happiness of my children and me;
  18. done on the joy of my children and me;
  19. done with clothes;
  20. done on money given as a gift to me and my children;
  21. done on gifts given to me and my children.

I do not know why, but during the release practices involving children, a great deal of food came to me from the field. Pies had never come to me before. So please: be careful where you eat and what you give your children to eat. You do not always know what is feeding you.

Emotions and the mind

The emotional body had never come to me before that evening, although I have been cleansing for years. And yet I know very well that emotion is energy. Manifestation happens from the heart and with emotions — which is why cleansing them is so important. I went over emotions several times.

With the mind and psyche, it was very intense for me, in my head. And it makes sense: if you are dealing with a narcissistic person, their aim is to disturb your mind — both yours and your children’s. But ask yourself: since when has your psyche been their playground? And if your mother was narcissistic, have you ever asked whether, as a child, you had any possibility of escaping? No. You had to survive. If you are experiencing or have experienced abuse in a relationship or family, seek help from a psychologist or psychotherapist.

The penny dropped for me recently too, looking back. What I experienced in 2022 was not just fatigue and energetic repositioning — I had been seriously brought down. Only when I rose to a higher level did I see this. Not everything we experience is ‘ours’, but neither is it all other people’s. In individual sessions I have seen that many cases follow patterns: as if they were stories written to the same template. If you have people like this in your life, individual work is worthwhile too.

Gifts from former partners and money ‘with a program’

This came to me in the field, and I want it to stay with you. If you are divorcing a narcissistic person, do not accept gifts. Nothing. When I left, I changed everything in the house: I washed, repainted, and gave everything away. I did not realize why at the time, but it was an impulse. I felt all the energy needed changing.

Be careful: sometimes they try to give the children objects so something of theirs reaches your home. It is the same with money. Once someone sent me 500 euros as a gift. I checked energetically, and behind it was something taking away my abundance. I sent the money back. I do not need it. God gives me money in abundance.

You have to be very careful when you say ‘yes’ and accept something. You do not always know what you are saying yes to. After working energetically for a while, you begin to feel it. And gifts from former partners? Do a good deed and pass them on. You do not need so much accumulation. As we came into the world, so we leave it.

Interestingly, I reacted strongly to the release practice on money received as a gift, and not at all to the one on gifts. Everyone feels where they are burdened.

What you call back for yourself and your children

I like to work like this: we give back what is not ours, call back what is ours, build ourselves back up, and remain in high energy. It is the same as in constellations: you stir up what needed stirring up, but the person must leave empowered, with strength.

The formula is:

‘I call back […] of mine and my children’s, and I program our fields never again to accept losing or giving away anything like this.’

Here is what we called back in the livestream:

  1. joy;
  2. happiness;
  3. vital energy;
  4. the inner child;
  5. power;
  6. tranquility;
  7. protection;
  8. light;
  9. justice;
  10. love;
  11. creativity;
  12. zest for life;
  13. innocence;
  14. abundance.

After each one, let yourself feel the happiness and joy that come. Fill your heart chakra with everything good.

What we pass on to children unintentionally

At the end, we discussed something I have seen very clearly in representations: families that steal their children’s abundance. Not through spells, but through how we live. Do you know how? Parents who lean on their children with their whole weight or put them to work from a young age — which happened to very many of us. It is like mortgaging their future. It drains their vital strength.

And what happens next? They become very tired adults who, in turn, lean on their own children. That is how it continues from generation to generation. This is, in fact, the transgenerational trauma we see: it is not the child’s fault, and most often the parent does not even realize they are passing on what they received.

In one representation, a ‘contract’ once appeared between a narcissistic mother and her child: ‘I help you with money, but you give me days of your life.’ And the child, caught in the savior role, was busily ruining their life.

That is why the greatest release practice for your children is working on yourself. When you cleanse yourself, you stop passing these things on. And if you cannot currently afford an individual session, that is no excuse: there is a ton of free material on my channel. Get to work. You can find all my release practice books in the PDF release practices collection.

What you may feel during the release practices

People in the livestream said they burped, yawned, felt energy moving in the head, headaches, a bloated belly, fatigue, dizziness, or sleepiness. Some felt sick. Burping is not the only sign — yawning can be one too. And if you feel nothing, there is no problem.

If you feel mild discomfort, do not stop: continue, because the energies settle afterwards. When you begin to rise, you change energetic levels quickly, and the body feels it. After a release practice like this, I sleep like a log. But if reactions are intense or do not pass, stop, rest, and seek a doctor’s advice.

Do the release practices with me

If you want to do them with me, play the livestream below. The release practices begin in the first few minutes, and the part where we call back joy, happiness, and all the light begins around minute 42.

Frequently asked questions about release practices for children

Can I do release practices for my child without their consent?

For little children, yes, especially when someone is harming them. A child of around 10 can tell you whether they want it or not, so ask them. For teenagers and adult children, only with their consent and only for what they have accepted. Without consent, do not interfere: every soul has its own lesson.

Is a release practice the same as a prayer for children?

No. A release practice is a formula spoken with intention through which you send back what is not yours and call back what is yours. It does not replace prayer or the Church. If you want a prayer for your children, you can say that too, peacefully; one does not exclude the other.

Why do I say ‘I program our field’ rather than ‘their field’?

Because sometimes those who want to reach you use the children as an antenna. You work for yourself and them together, as a family.

My child is agitated or sleeps badly. Is a spell to blame?

Do not assume that. For any behavioral, sleep, or health problem in your child, first see a pediatrician and child psychologist. You can do release practices for yourself as support, but they do not replace a professional.

What should I do with gifts received from a former partner?

I no longer keep them. I pass them on so they do good for someone else. And if you are divorcing a narcissistic person, do not accept gifts, either for yourself or the children.

What do we pass on to children without realizing it?

Fatigue, fears, and how we lean on them. Parents who burden their children or put them to work young drain their vital strength, and the children become tired adults who do the same. The best protection for your children is cleansing yourself.

Work on yourself gently, and respect your children’s path. Sending you a kiss, and I look forward to seeing you at the next livestream.
