In my recent sessions, I have increasingly been working on a topic that surprises many people: cancelling Reiki initiations. People who approached spirituality with an open heart and whose lives went downhill in the months afterwards: dwindling abundance, family arguments, relationships no longer working. If you are in this situation too, I want you to know one thing from the start: it can be resolved. Nothing in your field is irreversible.
This is not an attack on anyone: Reiki is a shared resource of humanity, like prayer, and the problem is not the technique but the person using it.
What Reiki is, briefly
Reiki is a practice in which energy is worked with through the hands—the “Reiki hand” is essentially the hand that sends light. It has its own symbols and is transmitted through an initiation given by a master. We can also use it for soothing—there is evening Reiki music too. I have a Reiki playlist on YouTube and played it on the night of a major energetic attack: the next day I was well.
So no, I have never said that Reiki is bad: only certain people use this space to prey on others. As with prayer—you can speak it in light or use it in darkness. The technique is a shared resource; the person's intention decides.
And something else that matters to me: you do not need a master or a guru to reach God. God does not stand at any master's gate.
What Reiki initiations and symbols are
An initiation is the ritual through which a master “opens” your energy channel, activating Reiki symbols on you—many are placed on the head. I looked at them, and some did not seem neutral to me at all: the master symbol appeared to me in the field in the form of a dog. When you see something like that, there is more than clean energy there.
During an initiation, “yeses” are spoken: contracts are signed at soul level—often without knowing what you said yes to. Connections can remain in the field—often at the first chakra, between the legs—through which your vital energy drains towards the person who initiated you. And you can leave pieces of your soul in those rituals, recovering them only when you consciously call them back.
This is what I have seen being stolen, chakra by chakra: spiritual energy at the head, kundalini at the root, love at the heart, confidence and abundance at the navel, attacks at the throat—especially for those whose mission is to speak.
What I have seen initiations leave in the field
What I most often find in people who have undergone initiations:
- energetic connections at the first chakra, head, hands and feet;
- pieces of the soul left behind in initiation rituals;
- stolen spiritual gifts and obstacles placed specifically on someone's spirituality;
- contracts, “yeses” and programmes placed without the person's consent, from other times, lives and dimensions;
- attacks on the third eye: workings that turn into worms, knives and swords of darkness.
And in everyday life: scattered abundance, arguments, broken relationships. There is another subtle level: in group meditations led by people who do not wish you well, what you felt as divine may simply be a holographic projection of that person.
Who does this happen to most often? People with a great deal of light who do not yet know who they are—those who prey on them know very well. That is why I say in sessions: you go with the whole banquet and return with crumbs.
Who Reiki has helped and when it becomes a problem
Reiki itself—your hand sending light, the music, the peace—is beautiful and neutral: you can use it on yourself at home at any time, without intermediaries.
It becomes a problem when, especially at the beginning of your path, you enter groups and initiations led by people seeking prey. Those who come to me are usually lovely people looking for answers—and in some cases, wolves await them there. It is not their fault: it is a lesson. There is always a part of you that led you there—the part wanting a saviour, or not feeling wise enough and seeking wisdom outside.
The clear sign is simple: after the initiation, did your life improve or collapse? A channel opened towards light helps you flourish. A connection placed on your field takes that away.

How to cancel an initiation: the steps I guided in the live broadcast
You can do the steps below at home on your own. If it becomes too intense, stop and return later: your field needs gentleness, not force.
1. Prepare the space and programme the field
Before any spiritual activity, the surroundings must be very clean—cleanliness and order reorganise energy on the physical plane. If somewhere is not clean, that is already a question mark. At home: clean and shower beforehand—water washes, with or without salt. Then, with your spine straight and eyes closed, programme the field: this work is to be only for your good. Say:
“My free will belongs to me and me alone, across all times and spaces, lives and dimensions, and outside them. My mind belongs to me and me alone.”
2. Dissolve the soul contract with the initiator
Work with one person at a time and say their name aloud—spoken words have creative power:
“I dissolve the soul contract with [the person's name], across all times and spaces, lives and dimensions, and outside them. Thank you for the lesson you gave me. I needed it. I let you follow your path, and I follow mine.”
Feel the connection in your body—often on the back—and let it dissolve.
3. Cancel the initiations and release the connections
“I cancel all initiations done with [the person's name], across all times and spaces, lives and dimensions, and outside them. I dissolve all connections placed on my head. My vital energy belongs to me and me alone, and I allow no one to steal my energy.”
Then take the sword of light and cut all connections at the hands and feet. If snakes were used in workings against you—the signs often appear in dreams, which I wrote about here—say: “I release all snakes used in magic against me.”
4. Call back what is yours
“I ask all the pieces of my soul left in initiations to come to me. I dissolve all spells, curses and obstacles placed on them and lovingly call them back home.”
With your eyes closed, let them come and settle inside you. Then continue:
“I ask all my spiritual gifts to return and dissolve all the blocks placed on them. I dissolve all obstacles to my spirituality. I cancel all contracts signed without my full awareness and all ‘yeses’ spoken without knowing what I said yes to. I cancel all contracts through which my abundance, light and spiritual gifts were stolen. My will be done.”
5. Cleanse the energy body
“I remove all knives and weapons from my body and transform them through alchemy into love. Everything that does not belong to me in the third eye, leave now. All entities that do not belong to me and are not good for my soul's path, leave my body now.”
You give entities commands rather than requests—a firm tone, and the system obeys because it is a programme. Then mentally pour a bucket of musk over yourself: bathe in a barrel of musk, and everything that is not yours leaves your body. Musk is the basic essential oil against black magic—but it must be genuine, not cheap.
6. Tell God about it
“I cut all obstacles, spells, curses and connections placed on my relationship with God.”
Then close your eyes and tell God everything: how you were initiated, what was taken from you, how your life went downhill. Do not skip this: release work without reconnecting with God is only half the work. Finish as with any cleansing: “Yes to God. Yes to life. Yes to love.”
7. Close the field
“I close my energy field to all negative vibrations. My will be done, my will be done, my will be done.”
This is the part everyone forgets: if you are like a broken bucket, no retreat will help, however expensive. Work on yourself, yes—but close the field too.
About reactions: burping, yawning, tears and a runny nose are good signs—you are cleansing. If you feel like vomiting, there is a great deal of trauma there: stop and return another day. I vomited half an hour after a salt cleansing—to give you an idea of what a field can hold hidden.
How to protect yourself if you have had initiations
- The salt ritual, regularly, as energetic hygiene.
- The basic essential oils: musk against black magic, jasmine for love, Blue Lotus for calm. On the third eye and solar plexus I use Protection Mix, especially during periods of attacks.
- Crystals. With them you can “stitch” energy fields: hold one at your ears on difficult days or sleep surrounded by them. On the night of my major attack, I filled the bed with crystals.
- Mantras raise the vibration: a Buddhist playlist for anxiety and guilt; OM in the evening until it resounds in your head.
- Do not accept spiritual gifts. Nothing “given” on the spiritual path should be accepted without examination: check the vibration of everything you receive—sometimes a gift is given precisely so something can be stolen through it.
- At the beginning of the path, no groups. Work on your own, with yourself and God—I wrote about protecting your energy in the article on spiritual defences.
- Do not make another person your God. Neither a master nor a guru. God is within you too.
- If after release work you feel attacks, do not be afraid: those who fed on your energy sense the disconnection. Continue cleansing and raise your vibration—the higher you remain, the less they can catch you. Ringing a small bell cleanses the field immediately.
And something else, perhaps most importantly: do not take revenge. Remain in your own energy and transform everything through alchemy with love—whoever remains in revenge stays in the karmic wheel. You came with a purpose greater than this battle.

Watch the “Cancelling Reiki initiations” live broadcast
Start the live broadcast below and do the cancellation with me, exactly as I guided it: say the phrases aloud, at your own pace, and stop whenever it is too intense.
Frequently asked questions about Reiki initiations
Is Reiki bad?
No, and I have never said that. The technique itself is neutral, like prayer; the problem is that certain people use it to prey on others. If your hand on your heart and peaceful music help you settle, that is fine. Look at the results: an opening towards light gives you life; a connection placed on your field takes it away.
How do I know whether an initiation left something in my field?
Look at your life: abundance, family, relationships. Then say the cancellation phrases and listen to your body: if you burp, yawn, cry or have a runny nose, there is cleansing work to do.
Can I do the cancellation myself at home?
Yes, with the steps above, person by person. But very substantial workings sometimes require an individual session: there are cases where someone needs to hold the field while the person reactivates.
What reactions are normal during cancellation?
Warmth in the body—a sign that love and soul pieces are returning. Tingling, peace, crying, burping, yawning and a runny nose.
Do I need the name of the person who initiated me?
Yes. Say the name aloud and work with one person at a time. If you underwent several initiations, take them one by one, not all at once.
What do I do if attacks come after cancellation?
It is natural: those who fed on your energy feel when you disconnect. Continue the salt ritual, keep your field closed, listen to mantras. Every attack shows where more work is needed—and the higher you rise in vibration, the more they cease.
Stop making another person your God. Turn the flow of energy and love towards yourself and be patient with the part of you that sought a saviour. Darkness, as I am always told in guidance, does not exist: it is simply the absence of light—and when you begin to shine, it is over. You can find the full working protocol in the PDF guide to release work and energetic cleansing and throughout the release rituals collection. Sending you a kiss, and I look forward to seeing you at the next live broadcast.
