You can have a full refrigerator and a healthy account and still feel that it is never enough. You buy supplies "just in case". You work beyond your strength, as if everything ends tomorrow. You feel guilty when you have more than your family had. Or you eat more than you need, without knowing why.
I felt this fear very strongly when I became pregnant with my first child, in 2012. I had a salary, I had a permanent contract, and still a terrible fear took me over — that I would have nothing to feed him. Only later did I understand: it was a fear from the family line, inherited.
For this fear of not having enough I wrote Hunger & Scarcity – Unbindings for the fear of insufficiency and poverty, a digital PDF book. Below I tell you what you find in it, how you work with it and which livestreams prepare you.

Where the fear of scarcity comes from
The grandparents and great-grandparents of many of us went through famine, war, rationing, utter poverty. They survived by hoarding, saving, working hard and staying silent. For them it was a survival strategy. The problem is that the program did not stop with them: it came down from generation to generation, and today you see it in people who never starved but live as if they could starve tomorrow.
And it is not only about money. It is about the relationship between safety, money, food and abundance. When your inner safety is tied to "having enough", nothing is ever enough.
Signs you carry the hunger and scarcity program
- you are afraid of running out of food or money, even though you have some now;
- you feel the need to accumulate and stock up;
- you live with the fear of losing what you have;
- you work excessively, as if it were a matter of survival;
- you feel guilty for having more than your family;
- it is hard for you to receive;
- you have the feeling that resources could run out at any moment.
What you find in the book
The book is built as a practical material of unbindings and energy work on the theme of abundance. You work on:
- the fear of lacking food or money;
- the need to accumulate and stock up;
- the fear of losing resources;
- excessive work associated with survival;
- the guilt of having more than the family;
- loyalty to the scarcity of previous generations;
- the relationship between safety, money, food and abundance.
What you receive: a digital PDF book you receive on WhatsApp, at €7. It is available in Romanian and 12 other languages, including English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
How you work with it
- Go gradually. The formulas are gone through one by one, with attention to the themes that resonate with your experience. It is not a race.
- Speak out loud. The spoken word has power, and with your eyes closed the body is more involved.
- Notice what comes out. Memories with the grandparents, words from home ("there is no money", "food is not thrown away"), sensations in the body. Note them.
- Return to the themes that catch you most strongly. Old family-line programs come apart in layers.
And because the theme touches food: if eating slips out of your control, you keep drastic diets, you starve yourself or you make yourself vomit, talk to a doctor or a psychologist. And if you are in a hard financial situation, ask for a specialist's support. The unbindings do not replace specialized help and are not a promise of money.
The livestreams that prepare you
The extra weight and what actually stands behind it
In the livestream about emotional eating I did readings for those who asked "what is behind my extra kilos?". Stress came out, loneliness, boredom, the guilt of eating. Very often, food is the release valve for what we do not say. It is a good livestream if, in your case, the fear of scarcity has moved onto the plate.
All the readings, explained at length, you can find in the complete article about emotional eating and extra weight.
Serfdom unbindings
I did this livestream at noon, in the kitchen, with a lasagna for the children in the oven. We worked on poverty inherited from the family line: the belief that life is hard, that you must stay quiet and say "yes" in order to survive. It is the good brother of the Hunger & Scarcity book, because both work the loyalty to the ancestors' scarcity.
More about this program you can find in the article about poverty inherited from the family line. And if you want to work abundance in depth, on all fronts, you also have Abundance – Complete Unbindings (PDF).
Who the book is for
For you, if you notice the fear of scarcity, the tendency to accumulate, the difficulty of receiving or the feeling that resources could run out any time. For you, if you grew up with "there is no money" and "nothing is thrown away". And for you, if you want to no longer transmit this fear to your children: stop nagging them about money, that is how you create their fears.
Frequently asked questions
Is it a book about losing weight?
No. It is a book of unbindings on the fear of insufficiency. It touches the relationship with food only as part of the relationship with safety and abundance. For weight, the first step remains the doctor and the nutritionist.
How often do I do the unbindings?
At your own pace. Go through the formulas gradually and return to the ones that catch you. Family-line programs come apart in layers, not all at once.
How do I receive the book?
It is a digital PDF you receive on WhatsApp, at €7. For questions, use the contact page.
The difference from the abundance book?
Hunger & Scarcity goes pointedly at the fear of insufficiency and loyalty to the scarcity in the family line. The abundance book is a broader material, on the whole subject of abundance.
You are allowed to have enough
Your ancestors did what they could with what they had. You do not owe them their fear. You can honor them and, at the same time, choose a life in which there is enough. A big hug, and I will see you live.

The fear of scarcity: when enough seems too little
The fear of scarcity can appear even when you have resources for the present. You can begin by distinguishing a concrete need from the scenario that everything will run out, without judging yourself for the way you learned to protect yourself.
Food, supplies and the feeling it is not enough
The Hunger and Scarcity material deals with the fear of not having, the need to finish everything and the difficulty of stopping when you have enough. These themes can be explored as reflection. It does not automatically presume an inherited cause, and do not use the unbindings as a method for treating eating disorders. If your relationship with food causes suffering, seek qualified help.
An exercise you can adapt
Choose an ordinary moment and ask yourself: what do I have now, what do I need for the next day, and what am I assuming about the future? Note one practical step for the need. Let the reflection be short, without rigid rules or attempts to control the body.
Choose the right support for your theme
The Hunger and Scarcity PDF offers formulations on resources, sufficiency and safety. You can use it as complementary spiritual support for naming these themes.

Frequently asked question
If I stock up on supplies, does it mean I have trauma? No. A single behavior does not establish a cause or a diagnosis.
Continue at your own pace
Choose a single theme you can look at today. A written support lets you return to it without searching for a new starting point each time. Explore the unbindings library and the meditation guide for other resources. Spiritual practices are forms of personal reflection; they do not replace the medical, psychological or legal help you need.
