Self-sabotage unbindings (PDF, 7 volumes): what you find in the book and how to work with it

Cristina Balan Written byCristina Balan

"Cristina, why do I sabotage myself exactly when things are going well?" It is the question I get most often on this theme. You know exactly what you have to do and you do the opposite. You postpone. You start and you abandon. You doubt yourself exactly when things start working. And then you ask yourself: "why am I doing this?"

My answer is always the same: it is not that you want bad things for yourself. A part of you, a very old one, is trying to protect you by rules learned in childhood. The program that saved you back then has become your adult brake. And programs can be unbound.

That is why I made something broader than a book: Complete Unbindings on Self-Sabotage, in 7 PDF volumes. Below I tell you what you find in them, who they are for, how you work with them and which livestreams prepare you.

Why 7 volumes and not a single book

Because self-sabotage does not have a single form. You can be very strong in one area and sabotage yourself completely in another. You can have professional success and sabotage yourself in relationships. You can earn money and immediately find ways to lose it. You can receive an extraordinary opportunity and withdraw exactly when it starts to work.

The 7 volumes give you a material you return to whenever you discover a new pattern. You do not have to work through them all at once: you start with the theme that hurts most and continue progressively.

If you want to understand the mechanism first — which part of you sabotages and why — read the complete article about self-sabotage and how you unbind yourself.

What you find in the 7 volumes

Very many programs and hundreds of working phrases, on the themes:

  • fears: fear of success, of failure, of being seen, of judgment, of rejection, of money, of abundance, of change, of responsibility, of personal power;
  • action patterns: procrastination, lack of discipline, abandoning projects, perfectionism, indecision, the tendency to destroy what you built, stagnation and repetitive failure;
  • self-worth: lack of self-confidence, the feeling you are not good enough, guilt when you succeed, the need for validation, comparison, self-criticism and self-punishment;
  • areas: self-sabotage in relationships, professional and financial;
  • the base programs: "I don't deserve", "I can't", "I am not capable".

In the volumes you also have the guidance for working with the salt unbindings.

It is not about "positive thinking"

You can tell yourself "I deserve", "I can", "I am enough" all day. If opposite programs run inside you, you will still react according to them. That is why the process is not based on affirmations. We work directly with the programs: you read them, become aware of them, repeat them, notice what activates in you and continue until your relationship to that theme begins to change.

And you do not make war on the part that sabotages. It is a child part that suffered and learned its survival lesson too well. In livestreams I thank the programs: "Thank you for helping me survive." Then I let them leave, with gratitude, not with hatred.

How you work with them

  • You choose the theme you want to work on.
  • You put coarse salt on the floor and stand barefoot on it.
  • You read and repeat the phrases out loud, with energy, not like a soap opera. I recommend about half an hour a day.
  • After each phrase, let the body speak: yawning, sighing, tears are old energy being eliminated.
  • You notice where you feel the program in the body. In many people it sits on the shoulders and shoulder blades, like sacks.
  • You continue with consistency.

If heavy childhood memories open during the work, go gently. When we touch trauma, the risk is re-traumatizing ourselves. The unbindings do not replace the therapist, and for big wounds a psychotherapist can hold you exactly where you do not go alone.

Who they are for

  • for you, if you feel you are your own obstacle;
  • if you know you can do more, but something holds you in place;
  • if you start things and do not finish them;
  • if it is hard for you to own your success;
  • if you want to work in depth, not just read about self-sabotage.

What you may notice through the process: more clarity and trust in your own decisions, less postponing, more courage to act, a healthier relationship with money and success, and the ability to finish what you begin.

The livestreams that prepare you

Therapy and unbindings on self-sabotage

The livestream where we work together on the part that sabotages: where you feel it in the body, what program stands behind it and how you dissolve it.

Self-sabotage unbindings

A whole round of phrases spoken on salt. Good to use as a warm-up before opening the first volume.

The "I don't deserve" program

"I don't deserve" is the older brother of self-sabotage. In this complete livestream, with therapy, we take it apart piece by piece. I also wrote about it in the article about the limiting beliefs "I don't deserve", "I must" and "life is hard".

Frequently asked questions

How do I receive the volumes?

They are 7 digital volumes (PDF), which you receive on WhatsApp after your order. The price in the shop is €50 for the whole bundle.

Do I have to work through all of them?

Not all at once. You start with the most pressing theme. The volumes stay with you and you return to them when a new pattern appears.

How long until I see changes?

It depends on how old and how deep the program is. Some move quickly, others have layers. Consistency matters more than intensity.

I have a question about my order. Where do I write?

On the contact page.

You do not have to stay the same person

What you repeated until now does not have to be what you repeat from now on. You are not your programs. You are fine as you are, and you have the right for things to go well for you. Sit on the salt, choose the first volume and begin. A big hug, and I will see you live.

Self-sabotage: how you start before it is perfect

Postponing can become self-sabotage when it keeps you away from an important action, although you have resources for a small step. Notice what you protect by postponing and make the beginning simple enough that you can sustain it.

The theme of volume 1

A project does not have to start at the level of the final result. If you wait to be completely sure, you can stay in preparation a long time. The first volume gathers general themes of self-sabotage, including the relationship to success and relationships. Start from your concrete situation, not from the idea that all difficulties have the same cause.

An exercise you can adapt

Choose a ten-minute task and define what finished means. Close it at that threshold, even if it is not perfect. Then note what you learned and what the next step is.

Choose the right support for your theme

The public bundle includes seven PDF volumes. This article starts from volume 1, and the other volumes let you follow other forms of self-sabotage separately. Check the product description before choosing the bundle.
