Healing the inner child (unbinding PDF): what you find in the book and how to work with it

Cristina Balan Written byCristina Balan

Before the first livestream about the inner child I cried all day. I could feel the field tightening around this theme. And since then one certainty has stayed with me: there is no truly good life while your inner child is wounded and forgotten somewhere behind you. That is why I wrote the book Healing the Inner Child – Unbindings and Deep Release, in PDF format.

Maybe you recognize yourself here: you react very strongly in certain situations, it is hard for you to trust, you fear being rejected or abandoned. You feel you must always be strong, please everyone, prove that you deserve love. You repeat the same patterns in relationships, even though you promised yourself this time would be different. Behind them often stands the child you once were.

Below I tell you what you find in the book, who it is for, how you work with it and which livestreams to start with.

What you find in the inner child unbinding book

The book is a spiritual and reflection material dedicated to the emotional wounds of childhood, the patterns in relationships and the reconnection with the part of you that needs safety, attention and care. It contains unbinding formulas and exercises you go through at your own pace.

What you work through with it:

  • the fear of abandonment and rejection;
  • the repeating emotional and relational patterns;
  • the need for validation and the lack of self-trust;
  • emotions and experiences from childhood that still influence you today;
  • the symbolic reconnection with the inner child, to bring him home, into the heart.

You receive it as a digital PDF, on WhatsApp, in Romanian or in 12 other languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Hindi and Chinese).

Who the book is for

It is for you if:

  • you always attract distant or narcissistic people and feel the story repeating;
  • you have many fears, especially the fear of being left;
  • things go well for you and then you ruin everything, without knowing why;
  • you have an inner critic who will not be quiet and a constant need for validation;
  • you do not know how to state your needs, because you learned early to "stay quiet and endure";
  • you say "everything was fine in my childhood", but you remember almost nothing.

And I want to tell you the beautiful part too: the inner child does not mean only wounds. He also carries the joy, the spontaneity and the unconditional love. When you smile with all your heart, without meaning to, that is his smile. The book helps you find him too, not only the wounds.

All the signs, the exercises and my story with the child in the orchard you can find in the complete article about healing the inner child, with exercises and unbindings.

How you work with it

  • Choose a quiet space. Five to fifteen minutes just for the two of you.
  • Put your hand on your heart. It anchors you immediately in love. Close your eyes and let the little girl or little boy come, without forcing the image.
  • Go through the formulas one by one. Speak them, let the body react. If you burp, yawn or cry, it is perfect: the body is releasing.
  • Return to the phrases you feel the most. With the inner child the work is done in spirals, not all at once.
  • You can also work on salt. Salt is not only for spells; it works on the psychological side too.
  • Do not force yourself. If it is too intense, open your eyes, touch a real object and stay in the body.

One important thing: if you have lived through abuse or heavy traumas, also work with a psychologist or psychotherapist. The book and the unbindings do not replace therapy, and if you are in danger, call 112.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to remember what happened in childhood?

No. We do not split hairs over the exact event. You work with what appears, gently, and let the rest come at its own pace.

What do I do if the inner child does not want to come to me?

It is normal for him to be skeptical or angry: he was left alone a long time. Stay beside him and tell him "We are in no hurry. I am staying here with you." Come back the next day.

Can I work with the book if I am a man?

Of course. We all have an inner child, women and men.

Where do I write if I have questions about my order?

On the contact page.

The child you were is still part of you

You cannot change what happened back then. But today you can turn toward him with love. To see him, to listen to him, to protect him and to build a new relationship with yourself. That is the healing: not an event, but a relationship you nourish every day.

Take his hand, open the book and begin together. A big hug, and I will see you live.

The inner child: how you listen to today's needs

Working with the inner child is a form of reflection on the needs, emotions and experiences of childhood. You can use this image to listen to yourself more attentively in the present, without forcing memories or asking yourself to relive a painful experience.

From the inner critic to a concrete need

When you make a mistake, you may hear a very harsh judgment in your mind. When someone pulls away, you may feel a fear larger than the present situation. Instead of deciding immediately where it comes from, notice what you need today: clarity, rest, an answer or a boundary. The Truth and Healing materials include reflections, meditations and exercises on this theme. They offer you a working thread, and psychotherapy can bring separate support for traumatic experiences.

An exercise you can adapt

Write: right now I feel..., I need..., I can do for myself.... Choose a small, realistic answer. It can be a ten-minute pause, a quiet meal or a request for help. If the exercise overwhelms you, stop and return to familiar things around you.

Choose the right support for your theme

The video course and the meditations gather the materials into a path you can repeat. For written work, the inner child unbinding book can complete the reflection.

For the video path, you can choose separately the course with meditations and exercises. See and buy the Inner Child course.

Frequently asked question

Do I have to remember everything from childhood? No. You can start with present needs and reactions, without searching for or reconstructing memories.

Continue at your own pace

Choose a single theme you can look at today. A written support lets you return to it without searching for a new starting point each time. Explore the unbindings library and the meditation guide for other resources. Spiritual practices are forms of personal reflection; they do not replace the medical, psychological or legal help you need.
