Many people believe that spirituality happens somewhere far away: at a retreat, in a temple, on a meditation cushion, with your eyes closed for hours on end. And then they return to daily life — children, job, bills, people who get on their nerves — and feel that the "spiritual" has evaporated.
I believe exactly the opposite. True spirituality shows up in the line at the store, in the kitchen, in the way you answer the person who upset you. If you do not bring it into your day, it stays beautiful theory.
Below I tell you what practical spirituality means to me and I give you the habits I use daily: the morning connection, the one-minute meditation, energy cleansing and protection, the small choices. Plus the livestreams where we work on them together.
What spirituality actually is
For me, spirituality is your connection with God and with your soul, rebuilt and kept alive. You can pray at church, at home or in the car; what matters is that the connection be permanent, not only on Sundays.
It is not telling yourself "I am light" and stopping there. Sometimes I say it directly to those who come with this: you are in the basement. Take down the programs that keep you there and then we can talk about light. And one more thing I always repeat: there is no personal development without psychology, and no personal development without God. You need both.
If you feel you are going through a big change and want to understand the stages, I wrote separately the article about spiritual awakening and leaving the matrix. Here we stay with the practical part: what you do, concretely, from Monday to Sunday.

Practical spirituality: 7 habits for every day
1. In the morning, connection before the phone
Before you dive into news and messages, take one minute with yourself. Put your hand on your heart, give thanks for the new day and ask for guidance: "I ask to be guided today on the higher path of my soul." It is short, but it sets the tone for the whole day.
2. The one-minute meditation
You do not need an hour. The easiest way to quiet the mind is to briefly hold your breath after the inhale and stay there without thoughts. Then you lower your awareness into your chest and simply feel. Afterwards, meditation becomes a way of being: you do it in line, and in traffic too.
If you have heart, breathing or blood pressure problems, breathe normally and ask your doctor before practicing breath retention. You can find more techniques in the guide on how to meditate.
3. Energy cleansing
Just as you shower every day, you need energetic hygiene too. I work with coarse salt and with visualization: I pull light in through the crown of my head and let everything heavy drain down into the earth. Salt is a gift from God, and darkness does not love it.
4. Protection
Program your field, out loud: "I program my energy field to be only on love, and everything that is not love to leave my field." Say it in the morning and whenever you feel you have taken on someone else's energy.
5. Forgiveness, little by little
Practical spirituality also means not carrying grievances all day. In the evening, ask yourself whom you have to forgive — including yourself. The four ho'oponopono phrases are enough: "I am sorry. Forgive me. I love you. Thank you." More in the article about the prayer of forgiveness.
6. The small choices
The people who cut your joy — critics, gossip, jokes that actually hurt — are your compass: you are not obliged to stay near them. Cook with good thoughts, do your own will at least once a day and do one thing you are afraid of. That is how spirituality grows in the body, not just in the head.
7. Creation
At a certain level, the soul's main need becomes: I want to create. Drawing, writing, cooking, gardening — it does not matter. If you do not create, you feel frustration. Creation is a prayer made with your hands.
Spiritual work can support you, but it does not replace a doctor or a psychologist. If you live with strong anxiety, panic attacks, long-lasting insomnia or thoughts that frighten you, seek specialized help; in an emergency, call 112.

Frequently asked questions about spirituality
Does spirituality mean religion?
For me, spirituality is the living connection with God and with the soul. You can live it inside a church or outside it; what matters is that it be permanent and sincere.
How much time do I need to set aside daily?
Start with ten minutes. Consistency matters more than duration. I program even while doing my chores around the house.
Where do I start if I am at the beginning of the path?
With the one-minute meditation, with energy cleansing and with evening forgiveness. Then you add more, one at a time, at your own pace.
Unbindings or activations — which do I do first?
First you cleanse, then you activate. Unbindings take down what holds you in place; activations help you rise energetically.
Spirituality is a way of living
You do not have to go anywhere to be spiritual. You only have to bring your soul along every day: to the table, to work, into relationships. The longest road in this life is the road from heart to heart — and you walk it step by step. For questions, write to me through the contact page. A big hug, and I will see you live.

Spirituality: meaning, practice and discernment
Spirituality can mean the search for meaning, the relationship with the sacred, or a practice through which you clarify your values. There is no single form you must adopt. You can start from the question: "What matters to me, and how does that show in today's life?"
A question about meaning
For some people, the answer includes prayer and religious tradition. For others, it includes meditation, art or a journal. The words spiritual development become useful when they describe an assumed practice, not a competition for the status of more evolved person.
How to recognize a frame where you can choose
In a frame that suits you, you can ask questions, you can say an exercise does not feel comfortable, and you can decide to stop. The price, duration and content of a course must be clear before purchase. You do not need to accept explanations that cancel your right to verify.
Be wary of pressure to buy urgently in order to avoid a supposed harm, or of requests to abandon medical care. A spiritual practice can take place alongside professional support and ordinary responsibilities.
Start with a small practice
Choose ten minutes, once a week, for a reading or a journaling exercise. Write down a value and a behavior that expresses it. If the value is respect, the behavior can be not promising something you cannot deliver.
After a few meetings with yourself, check whether the practice brings you clarity and freedom of choice. You do not have to interpret coincidences as instructions. You can keep the mystery and, at the same time, ground your decisions in facts.
Frequently asked question
Do I need special objects to start? No. A notebook, chosen time and a sincere question are enough for the first exercise.
