"I grew up with beatings." People of all ages say it, in a low voice, as if ashamed. Many do not even know that it is called abuse: that is how "education" was done in very many homes. Maybe the beatings were decades ago. Maybe the person who hurt you is no longer in your life. But something in you still lives that experience.
You startle when someone raises their voice. You fear conflict. You feel you must always defend yourself or, on the contrary, you do not know at all how to defend yourself. You attract dominant or controlling people. The body forgets with difficulty. I grew up in a house where violence between the parents was daily, so I know what I am talking about, and I also know it can heal.
For this road I wrote Complete Unbindings on Beatings, Violence and Physical Abuse, a PDF book. Below I tell you what you find in it, who it is for, how you work with it and which livestreams prepare you.
Before anything: if you are now in a situation of violence or you are in danger, call 112. The unbindings work on what remained in you afterwards; they do not replace emergency help, the doctor or the psychotherapist.
What remains after beatings
Violence does not leave traces only on the body. It leaves traces in the mind, in the emotions, in the subconscious and in the energy field. Fear, shame, guilt, helplessness, the feeling you do not deserve more, the tendency to accept toxic behaviors and the difficulty of setting boundaries remain. Even if the aggressor has left, the programs created by the experience can keep running your life.
And the child absorbs the violence between the parents too, even if nobody ever raised a hand at him. Many of you carry in your body the beating energy from the childhood home without knowing why you stiffen when a voice is raised. I wrote about this at length in the complete article about childhood abuse and healing.

What you find in the book
- hundreds of unbindings for the trauma left after aggression;
- work on fear and insecurity;
- releasing the victim programs;
- work on shame and guilt;
- reconnection with personal power;
- exercises in awareness and transformation.
The concrete themes: the fear of aggression, the trauma left in the body and the emotions, helplessness and defenselessness, shame and humiliation, the lack of personal worth, the programs that attract abusive relationships, the feeling you have no right to defend yourself, and the energy blocked after traumatic experiences.
The goal is to no longer carry in the present what happened in the past, and to begin recovering your safety, power and inner freedom.
How you work with it
- Place 1 kg of coarse salt on the floor and stand on it barefoot. Keep a blanket beside you: when traumas come out, it gets cold.
- Set the intention: "I set the intention to cleanse myself. I ask that all the beating energy leave me."
- Speak the unbindings from the PDF out loud and push the energy out. It is not only about words; it is about what you feel in the body and let leave.
- If a phrase is too heavy, do not force it. One layer goes now, another next time.
The body eliminates during the work: yawning, burping, tears, sudden chills, dizziness. For me, the beating energy sat in the belly; others feel it in the head or at the heart. If you feel nothing, sometimes you are so "concrete-cast" by trauma that you do not allow yourself to feel; in time, the body opens.
Also go to a psychotherapist
I put this first, because that is what I did too. The unbindings cleanse the energy, but there are zones you do not enter alone, and the therapist holds you exactly when you no longer want to enter that room. Heavy traumas, especially those with post-traumatic stress, are worked on with a specialist. I combined: therapy and unbindings. And if you have physical symptoms that do not pass, go to a doctor.
Who the book is for
- for you, if you have lived through aggression or physical violence;
- if you grew up in a violent environment;
- if you were hit by a partner, a parent or another person;
- if you feel the past still influences you, although "it is over";
- if you want to work on fear, trauma and recovering personal power.
What you may notice over time: less fear, more inner safety, healthier boundaries, less of a victim feeling and the ability to say "no" and to defend yourself.
The livestreams that prepare you
Unbindings on beatings
The livestream where we take the beating energy out of the body together, phrase by phrase, on salt.
Unbindings on the beatings of childhood
Here we go to the child who was hit and to his programs: "I deserve punishment", "I am not allowed to defend myself", "I live in permanent fear". We send them back, gently.
The effects of childhood emotional abuse
Beating rarely comes alone. It is usually accompanied by humiliation, ugly words, a child who is not seen. In this livestream we talk about what all of it leaves in the adult.
Frequently asked questions
I am still in a violent relationship. Does the book help me?
Your first care is your safety. If you are in danger, call 112. The book works on the traces left by violence and on the programs that keep you tied, but it cannot protect you from the aggressor.
I do not remember much from childhood. Can I work?
Yes. Sometimes the psyche closes the memory to protect you. Memories return as you work, at your own pace. Do not force anything.
How do I receive the book and what does it cost?
It is a digital book (PDF), which you receive on WhatsApp after your order. The price in the shop is €30. For questions, write to me on the contact page.
It is not only what happened to you
It is what you still carry inside. And what you carry can be set down, layer by layer. The wound was real, but your gifts are real too: you are more sensitive, more empathic and stronger than you think. Sit on the salt, keep the blanket beside you and begin. A big hug, and I will see you live.

After violence and humiliation: safety comes first
After violence or humiliation, the first step is safety and support, not an obligation to forgive or to continue a spiritual practice. You did not provoke the abuse and you do not have to solve it alone.
What you can do without reliving the experience
The Unbindings on Beatings document approaches the theme of violence and humiliation through spiritual language. For the article, we keep the emphasis on boundaries, choice and support. It is not necessary to describe a painful experience in detail or to expose yourself to a dangerous person in order to prove courage.
An exercise you can adapt
Identify a trusted person and a place where you can ask for help. If the situation is current, seek specialized services and support for a safety plan. In immediate danger, contact the emergency services. Keep the reflection exercises for a moment when you feel sufficiently supported.
Choose the right support for your theme
In the Truth and Healing library you find materials for reflection on boundaries and relationships. Choose them only as complementary support; no purchase is the condition for asking for help or being safe.

Frequently asked question
Do I have to confront the person who hurt me? No. Your safety is the priority, and confrontation can be unsuitable or dangerous.
Continue at your own pace
Choose a single theme you can look at today. A written support lets you return to it without searching for a new starting point each time. Explore the unbindings library and the meditation guide for other resources. Spiritual practices are forms of personal reflection; they do not replace the medical, psychological or legal help you need.
