Church unbindings (PDF): what you find in the book and how to work with it

Cristina Balan Written byCristina Balan

Women who grew up with the fear of punishment write to me often. With "you are not allowed", with "God will punish you", with the idea that you must suffer in order to deserve anything. Some left that environment long ago, but the fear remained. They feel guilty when they enjoy life, sinful when they want money or love, unworthy when they think differently from what they were taught.

If you recognize yourself here, I want to tell you one important thing from the start: this is not about giving up your faith. It is about telling the difference between faith and fear. Authentic faith sets you free. Fear keeps you small. That is why I wrote Church Unbindings, a PDF book with unbindings for the fear, guilt and limitation programs many of us received along with religious upbringing.

Below I tell you what you find in the book, who it is for, how you work with it and which livestreams prepare you for this process.

Why a book of unbindings on "church programs"

For many people, the religious experience did not bring freedom. It brought fear, shame and obedience. You may have been taught that you must sacrifice yourself for others, that spirituality means guilt, that you are sinful and unworthy, that you must erase yourself to be accepted, or that you do not deserve abundance. None of this remains just an idea. It becomes programs running in the subconscious, influencing your relationships, your money and your self-esteem.

In livestreams I talk a lot about leaving the "matrix": stepping out of the programs you run on autopilot and that you took for "this is just who I am". A phrase like "you don't deserve it" or "you must suffer" works exactly like a spell, except it was placed on you in good faith, by people who in turn had received it. I wrote about this at length in the article about spiritual awakening and leaving the matrix.

And I always say in livestreams: there is no personal development without God. That is exactly why it is worth building a relationship with the Divine based on love, not on fear.

What you find in the book

The book is a working material, not something to read once and set aside. It contains:

  • hundreds of unbindings for the limiting programs tied to fear and guilt;
  • work on the beliefs that block your personal and spiritual development;
  • releasing the programs of sacrifice and suffering;
  • exercises in awareness and transformation;
  • a process of reconnecting with your own inner power.

The themes we concretely work on are: the fear of punishment, excessive guilt, shame and self-criticism, sacrifice programs, the belief that you must suffer in order to receive, scarcity and limitation programs, the beliefs that block your personal power, and the patterns of fear and obedience.

The goal is not to attack anyone's faith. The goal is to release what limits you, so that you are left with what is alive and true for you.

Who the book is for

  • for you, if you grew up in a religious environment that made you live through fear;
  • if you carry guilt and shame greater than any purpose they could serve;
  • if you keep running into sacrifice and scarcity programs ("I must sacrifice myself", "it is not nice to ask");
  • if you want to build your own relationship with spirituality, without fear as the middleman;
  • if you feel that certain beliefs keep you stuck, even though your mind knows they are no longer true.

How you work with it, step by step

You work exactly as with all my unbindings, on salt:

  • Place about 1 kg of coarse salt on the floor.
  • Stand barefoot on the salt.
  • Speak the unbindings from the PDF out loud. Not like a soap opera: with intent, feeling where the energy sits in the body and pushing it out.
  • Notice what appears: emotions, memories, beliefs, resistance. Yawning, sighing, tears are signs that old energy is moving.
  • Continue daily, at your own pace.

Through repetition, the unbindings put pressure on the programs and conditionings until they begin to lose their power. Do not force anything: if a phrase is too heavy today, take it up again tomorrow. And if states of anxiety that do not pass appear during the process, seek the support of a psychologist or psychotherapist. Unbindings do not replace the doctor or the therapist.

What you may notice over time

Those who work on these themes tell me they feel more inner freedom, less guilt and fear, more trust in their own choices and a more authentic relationship with the Divine and with themselves. Not overnight. As you work, you begin to recognize the voice of fear and to tell it apart from the voice of the soul.

The livestreams that prepare you

Forgiveness – live

A great deal of religious guilt also dissolves through forgiveness: of yourself, of those who taught you fear, of the family line. In this livestream we work through the forgiveness and repentance phrases together, from the energy of love, not of punishment. It is a very good preparation before you enter the unbindings in the book. I also put the phrases in the article about the prayer of forgiveness and unbinding.

The version with musk oil

I always work with musk oil for unbindings: I put it on myself, on the salt, on the places in the body where I feel the energy sitting. If you want to have everything you need at once, there is a bundle with the PDF and the MUSC essential oil. The book alone costs €30, the bundle with the oil €50 (shop prices at the time of writing).

Frequently asked questions

Is the book against the Church or against faith?

No. The book works on fear, guilt and limitation programs, not on faith. Many people who use it remain believers; they simply live their faith from love, not from fear.

How do I receive the book?

It is a digital book (PDF). After your order, you receive it on WhatsApp and you can start working immediately.

How long do I work with it?

Daily, as much as you feel. Some programs dissolve quickly, others have layers. You can return to the book whenever a new form of guilt or fear appears.

Can I work on other unbindings in parallel?

Yes. The forgiveness work goes very well together with the church unbindings. For questions about orders, write to me on the contact page.

For you, who have carried fear for so long

You were never "too sinful" to deserve love. You were only taught to be afraid. That fear can be unbound, layer by layer, on salt, out loud, at your own pace. Sit on the salt, take the book beside you and allow your soul to breathe. A big hug, and I will see you live.

Faith without fear: a reflection on religious guilt

You can explore your relationship with faith by noticing what brings you meaning and what triggers fear or guilt in you. One person's experience does not represent all religious communities and does not ask you to give up your faith.

What you choose freely and what you do out of fear

The Church Unbindings book approaches fear, guilt and limitation within a spiritual frame. You can start from a concrete situation: a rule, an assertion or a refusal you found hard to express. Respect your own and other people's right to faith, without collective accusations or promises of guaranteed release.

An exercise you can adapt

Write down a practice that brings you calm and an obligation you would like to understand better. Ask yourself what you choose freely and where you need clarification. If you have lived through abuse, seek qualified support, separate from any spiritual practice.

Choose the right support for your theme

The Church Unbindings PDF brings together formulations on fear and guilt. You can consult it for personal reflection and for setting your own limits.

Frequently asked question

Do I have to give up my faith? No. The article supports discernment and personal freedom, not a mandatory religious choice.

Continue at your own pace

Choose a single theme you can look at today. A written support lets you return to it without searching for a new starting point each time. Explore the unbindings library and the meditation guide for other resources. Spiritual practices are forms of personal reflection; they do not replace the medical, psychological or legal help you need.
