Is it hard for you to rest, to feel "at home" or to trust that life holds you? Money comes and goes, any piece of news throws you into panic, and sometimes you feel you have no place of your own anywhere: not in the family, not in the world. If you recognize yourself, very often the work begins at the bottom, with the root chakra.
I always say in livestreams: rising into spirituality with a busted base chakra is like building a house without a foundation. It does not hold. Life brings you back to the lower lesson. The root chakra is your alphabet: it is hard to write without it.
That is why I gathered all the work on the first chakra into a book: "Root Chakra – Complete Unbindings for Safety, Stability and Grounding". Below I tell you what you find in it, who it is for, how you work with it day by day and which livestreams prepare you.
Why we start with the root chakra
Muladhara means "root" and "support". It is the first energy center, the connection with the earth and the feeling of safety. Its existential question is: "Do I have a place here?" In this world, in this family, in this 3D? If the answer is not a clear "yes", you have work to do on chakra 1.
It has to do with basic needs, with money, work and material stability, with belonging to the family and the ancestral line, with the body and with the trust that you can go out into the world. And on the awakening path, when high energies lift you up, grounding becomes essential.
Common signs: fear and insecurity, the fear of scarcity, money that will not stay, the feeling that you belong nowhere, distrust in life, tiredness. If you have physical symptoms that persist, go to a doctor first: work on the chakras goes hand in hand with caring for your health, not instead of it.

What you find in the book
The book does not stop at theory. It is a practical program, with unbindings, activations, grounding exercises, journal questions and concrete actions. It contains:
- clear explanations about the Root Chakra and Muladhara symbolism;
- the signs associated with an imbalance of the first chakra;
- deep work on fear, insecurity and the fear of scarcity;
- chapters about money, material stability and the right to receive;
- exploring family roots, belonging and ancestral loyalties;
- unbindings for abandonment, the lack of a place, poverty and distrust in life;
- activations for safety, stability, responsible prosperity and grounding;
- a complete ritual dedicated to the Root Chakra;
- a guided 30-day program;
- journal pages, worksheets and a 90-day stability plan;
- 21 affirmations for the Root Chakra.
The themes of the unbindings
Fear and insecurity; scarcity, poverty and survival; abandonment and the loss of stability; family, ancestral line and belonging; money and material resources; the feeling "I have no place of my own"; distrust in life.
Who it is for
For you, if you feel it is hard to rest, to feel at home or to keep a steady rhythm. For those who want to work on the relationship with money, family, personal boundaries and the feeling of belonging. And for those who "dream of the stars": it is good to work astrally, but if here, in 3D, you have no money, no home and no manifestation, it means you have not done your homework. Since you are on this plane, you have a task here.
How you work with it
Set aside between 15 and 25 minutes a day. Each day of the program has the same structure:
- a theme of the day;
- an orientation to the present;
- an unbinding formula and an activation;
- a concrete action in your life;
- journal questions.
You can go through the 30 days consecutively or at your own pace. Consistency matters, not perfection. When you feel it is taking you too high or it is too much, stop and ground yourself: gardening, working with your hands, music, a barefoot walk. That is exactly what I do.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to do the 30 days without a break?
Not necessarily. You can do them consecutively or at your own pace. What matters is that you return every day you can.
Can I start with other chakras?
I recommend starting from the bottom. Without a base, the other chakras are harder to feel and to hold. The root gives the energy, the rest expresses it.
Does the book help me with money?
The book has chapters about money, material stability and the right to receive, plus unbindings on scarcity and poverty. It promises no sums, but it helps you see the patterns that keep you in scarcity.
Does it replace treatment?
No. The material is for spiritual exploration and personal reflection and does not replace a doctor, a psychologist or another professional.
Closing words
If it sometimes feels like you got the wrong address and you long for "home", for somewhere far away, know that you did not get the wrong address. Your soul wants to learn this lesson, here. Let us lay your foundation: 15 minutes a day, 30 days, step by step. If you have questions, write to me from the contact page. A big hug, and I will see you live.

Root chakra: safety in everyday things
The root chakra is a spiritual reference point associated with safety and stability. You can use this theme to notice what helps you feel supported in daily life: rest, a comfortable space, a clear boundary and a rhythm you can sustain.
Grounding as a return to the present
You do not have to chase an intense experience. Notice the floor under your feet, the familiar things in the room and one immediate need. In the book, orientation, unbinding, activation, action and journaling form a daily path. You can keep this alternation between reflection and concrete life, without interpreting every fear as a blocked chakra.
An exercise you can adapt
Choose a place where you feel comfortable. Look around and name three things you see. Ask yourself what you practically lack today: sleep, food, information, help or space. Take one single step for that need and note it in your journal.
Choose the right support for your theme
The Root Chakra PDF includes a working thread with orientation, formulations, concrete actions and journaling. You can use it for a more consistent practice, at your own pace.
See Root Chakra – Complete Unbindings for Safety, Stability and Grounding (PDF) and buy from the site. Read the product content and conditions before choosing.
Frequently asked question
Is it a treatment method for anxiety? No. It is a spiritual reflection frame; for persistent difficulties, seek qualified support.
Continue at your own pace
Choose a single theme you can look at today. A written support lets you return to it without searching for a new starting point each time. Explore the unbindings library and the meditation guide for other resources. Spiritual practices are forms of personal reflection; they do not replace the medical, psychological or legal help you need.
