You long for love with all your soul, but when it comes, it frightens you. You get close to someone with your whole heart, and a few days later you feel the urge to run. You go from "I can't live without you" to "leave me alone" on the same day, and you no longer understand what is happening to you.
If you recognize yourself here, you are not "complicated" and you do not have a character flaw. This is a pattern we call chaotic attachment (or disorganized attachment), and it appears when, in childhood, the same relationship was at once a source of protection and a source of danger. Love and fear wore the same face. And your body remembered.
I wrote an unbinding book for exactly this pattern. Below I tell you what you find in it, who it is for, how you work with it on salt, and which livestreams prepare you for the road.
What chaotic attachment is and how you recognize it
In livestreams I always see it in the same shape: enormous intensity at the start, then testing, fighting, fleeing, returning. It is a back-and-forth between attraction and fear, between trust and suspicion. A few signs I often hear from those who write to me:
- you long for closeness, but when you receive it you feel overwhelmed or in danger;
- you swing between clinging to your partner and pushing him away;
- you idealize your partner, and at the first disappointment you see him as a threat;
- you test love, anticipate abandonment, or leave first so you are not the one abandoned;
- you freeze in conflicts or react far more intensely than the situation calls for;
- unavailable people attract you, while stable ones seem to have "no chemistry";
- you feel alive only in intensity, while calm feels suspicious to you.
The phrase that sums up the whole work in the book is this: "I can want closeness without losing myself, and I can feel fear without destroying the bond."

What you find in the "Chaotic Attachment" book
This is not a book you just read. It is a book you work with. Here is what it contains:
- The complete guide for the salt unbinding: what you need, how it is done, what reactions may appear and how long the process takes (at least 30 consecutive days).
- Over 70 phrases for dissolving the programs, each alchemized into its positive opposite: the association between love and danger, the conflict between closeness and flight, obedience as the price of being loved, toxic shame, loyalty to the family chaos, the trauma bond, the attraction to intensity and many more.
- Over 70 activations that consolidate the new inner position: safety, discernment, relational coherence, a stable identity, tolerance for peace.
- 30 chapters, in 5 parts: The root of disorganization, The contradictory inner system, Chaos in adult relationships, The body that carries the chaos, Repetition and identity.
Each chapter explains what is happening, how it shows up in adult life, gives you a practical exercise and reflection questions. This is how you move from "I understand" to "I did it".
Who the book is for
For anyone who feels that love comes bundled with fear and wants to move from approach-and-flight to relational safety: calm relationships, where closeness no longer hurts. It is for you if you are tired of the emotional carousel, if you repeat the same stories with different people, or if you have come out of an intense relationship and want to understand why it held you so tightly.
The book is for reflection and personal work. It does not replace psychotherapy, medical assessment or emergency help. If you are in a relationship where you are humiliated, controlled or threatened, seek the support of a psychologist, and if there is violence call 112. No spiritual theory justifies abuse.
How you work with it
You sit on salt, anoint yourself with oil and read the phrases slowly, out loud, with will. You are not reciting a poem: you are programming your field. After each phrase you pause for a moment and let the body work. You may yawn, you may cry, you may feel cold or sleepy: these are reactions I describe in the guide inside the book.
- Work at least 30 consecutive days. These patterns were built over years; they do not leave in one evening.
- Each day choose a chapter, do the exercise and write your answers to the reflection questions.
- After the dissolvings, read the activations. The space left by the old program must be filled with safety and peace.
- Go at your own pace. If it becomes too intense, stop and resume the next day.
The livestreams that prepare you
Before or alongside the book, watch the livestreams below. Their themes touch chaotic attachment directly.
Twin flame or the great infatuation
Intensity, chasing, waiting, obsessive thoughts: in this livestream I tell you what I lived through and where the trap is. You can find everything at length in the complete article about twin flames, myth and reality.
Toxic relationships: why are you the other person's ATM?
When you give everything so as not to lose the person, you are often buying love from the wound with your mother and your father. The details are in the article about the imbalance between giving and receiving.
Your relationship with life – mini family constellations
Your relationship with life mirrors the relationship with your mother. In the mini constellations we see what pulls you backward from the family field. I wrote about the method in the article about family constellations.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be sure I have chaotic attachment to work with the book?
No. We do not diagnose. If you recognize yourself in the signs above, work with the phrases that resonate with you. The body shows you on the salt what needs cleansing.
How long until I feel a change?
I recommend at least 30 consecutive days. Some feel the difference sooner, others more slowly. Consistency matters, not speed.
Can I work with it if I am in a relationship right now?
Yes. You work on yourself, not on your partner. When you change, the way you react in the relationship changes too.
Does the book take the place of therapy?
No. It is a spiritual and reflection working tool. It can sit beautifully alongside therapy, but not instead of it.
Closing words
Know that you are not broken. You learned, from an early age, that love comes with fear, and you survived as best you could. Now you can learn something else: that closeness can be safe and that peace is not boredom. Take your book, sit on the salt and let us untie this knot together. If you have questions, write to me from the contact page. A big hug, and I will see you live.

When you confuse chaos with love
A relationship can have depth without repeated crises. If closeness is always followed by fear, tests or conflicts, notice the behaviors and how you feel over time.
The theme of volume 5
The fifth volume includes themes about intensity, the fixer role and the difficulty of receiving calm. Passion does not ask you to lose your boundaries. When you want confirmation, try a direct request instead of a test the other person has to guess.
An exercise you can adapt
Write down a situation where you provoked or sought a test of love. Rewrite the need as a request: I want to know when we can spend time together. Notice the answer without creating a new trial.
Choose the right support for your theme
The public bundle includes seven PDF volumes. This article starts from volume 5, and the other volumes let you follow other forms of self-sabotage separately. Check the product description before choosing the bundle.

Frequently asked question
Do I have to work through all the volumes in order? You can start with the theme that best describes your situation and keep a comfortable pace.
