The Company's right to refuse or stop providing services
The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend or stop providing one or more services to a customer when, following a reasonable assessment, it considers that there is no adequate match between the customer's needs, situation, expectations or goals and the nature, limits or manner of delivery of the services offered by the Company.
In particular, the Company may refuse to start or continue working together in the following situations:
-
the services requested are not suited to the customer's needs or situation;

continuing the collaboration could, in the Company's reasonable opinion, create a risk for the customer, for other participants, for collaborators or for the Company.
The services offered by the Company, including those relating to personal development, spirituality, meditation, energy work or other similar practices, do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or other regulated professional services.
If the Company considers that a customer's situation requires the intervention of a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or other qualified professional, it may refuse or interrupt the provision of the service and may recommend that the customer consult an appropriate specialist.
The refusal or termination of a service will not be based on discriminatory criteria prohibited by applicable law.
If the Company refuses to provide a service that has already been paid for before it has begun, the amount paid for the part of the service not provided will be refunded to the customer, except where the law or these Terms and Conditions provide otherwise.
