Before my first live about the inner child, I cried all day. I could feel the field gathering around this theme. And since then I've been left with one certainty: there is no truly good life as long as your inner child is wounded and forgotten somewhere behind you. That's why I wrote the inner child healing book Inner Child Healing – Unbindings and Deep Release, in PDF format.
Maybe you recognize yourself here: you react very strongly in certain situations, you find it hard to trust, you're afraid of being rejected or abandoned. You feel you always have to be strong, to please everyone, to prove you deserve love. You repeat the same patterns in relationships, even though you promised yourself that this time it would be different. Behind them, very often, is the child you once were.
Below I'll tell you what you'll find in the book, who it's for, how to work with it and which lives to start with.

What you'll find in the inner child healing book of unbindings
The book is a spiritual and reflective material dedicated to the emotional wounds of childhood, relationship patterns and reconnecting with the part of you that needs safety, attention and care. It contains unbinding formulas and exercises you go through at your own pace.
What you work on through it:
- the fear of abandonment and rejection;
- emotional and relational patterns that repeat;
- the need for validation and a lack of self-confidence;
- emotions and experiences from childhood that still influence you today;
- symbolic reconnection with your inner child, to bring them home, into your heart.
You receive it as a digital PDF, on WhatsApp, in Romanian or in 12 other languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Hindi and Chinese).
Who the book is for
It's for you if:
- you always attract distant or narcissistic people and feel the story keeps repeating;
- you have many fears, especially the fear of being left;
- things go well for you and then you ruin everything, without knowing why;
- you have an inner critic that won't be quiet and a constant need for validation;
- you don't know how to state your needs, because you learned as a little girl to “be quiet and put up with it”;
- you say “everything was fine in my childhood”, but you remember almost nothing.
And I also want to tell you the beautiful part: the inner child doesn't only mean wounds. It also carries joy, spontaneity and unconditional love. When you smile with your whole heart, without meaning to, that's its smile. The book helps you find that too, not just the wounds.
You'll find all the signs, the exercises and my story with the child in the orchard in the complete article on inner child healing, with exercises and unbindings.
How to work with it: inner child work step by step
- Choose a quiet space. Five to fifteen minutes just for the two of you.
- Put your hand on your heart. It anchors you in love immediately. Close your eyes and let the little girl or little boy come, without forcing the image.
- Go through the formulas one by one. Speak them aloud, let your body react. If you burp, yawn or cry, that's perfect: the body is releasing.
- Return to the phrases where you feel the most. Inner child work happens in a spiral, not all at once.
- You can also work on salt. Salt isn't only for spells, it works on the psychological side too.
- Don't force yourself. If it's too intense, open your eyes, touch a real object and stay in your body.
One important thing: if you have experienced abuse or severe trauma, also work with a psychologist or psychotherapist. The book and the unbindings do not replace therapy, and if you are in danger, call 112 or your local emergency number.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to remember what happened in my childhood?
No. We don't split hairs over the exact event. You work with what comes up, gently, and let the rest come at its own pace.
What do I do if my inner child doesn't want to come to me?
It's normal for them to be skeptical or angry: they were left alone for a long time. Stay beside them and say “We're not in a hurry. I'm here with you.” Come back the next day.
Can I work with the book if I'm a man?
Of course. We all have an inner child, women and men alike.
Where do I write if I have questions about my order?
On the contact page.
The child you were is still part of you
You can't change what happened back then. But today you can turn toward that child with love. See them, listen to them, protect them and build a new relationship with yourself. That's what healing is: not an event, but a relationship you nourish every day.
Take them by the hand, open the book and begin together. Sending you a kiss, and I'll be waiting for you at the live.

Inner child healing begins with the way you approach
In the live “Healing the Inner Child”, I use this concept for the part of us that holds the emotions, memories and experiences of childhood. I also talk about joy, creativity and the things that made us feel alive. I don't reduce the inner child to a list of wounds.
One point I insist on is gentleness. At 1:49 in the recording I say the work is done carefully. This means leaving room for what doesn't show up right away: maybe you don't have a clear image, maybe you don't yet know what you feel, or maybe you just want to listen.
What to do if that inner child doesn't want to come to you
In the visualization exercise, closeness isn't achieved by force. At 12:19 I explain that you don't hug them if the answer is no. You can stay there, present, without asking for an immediate change.
You can keep this idea outside the exercise too: taking care of yourself doesn't mean convincing yourself that everything is fine. It means taking a need, a hesitation or a boundary seriously. You don't need to reconstruct memories to notice how you treat yourself today.
A relationship is also built through ordinary gestures
At 13:39 I talk about symbolically inviting the inner child into things I loved when I was little. The example of an ice cream or of play brings the practice into everyday life. It doesn't have to remain an isolated exercise you do and then forget.
For you, the gesture may look different: a walk, drawing, music, a game or time spent without a task to finish. Choose something that does you good in the present, without the obligation to reproduce your childhood exactly. Your preferences now matter.
Three journaling questions
Starting from this theme, you can write: “What am I missing today?”, “How do I speak to myself when I make a mistake?” and “What gesture of care can I make without overloading myself?”. Don't look for the answer that sounds nicest. A simple need, like rest or a calm conversation, is a sufficient answer.
Then choose a single gesture and let it be small. If you turn care into an impossible list of obligations, you risk losing the very gentleness you started from. If the reflection is hard to bear, you can stop and seek support suited to your experience.
Do I need a clear image to start?
You don't have to produce an image or an emotion on command. You can start by noticing a current need and responding to it. For other threads of this theme, read about the relationship with your mother and about self-sabotage. The book and the course remain the options presented above, if you prefer a written or video path.
