Do you find it hard to rest, to feel “at home” or to trust that life is holding you? Money comes and goes, every piece of news panics you, and sometimes you feel you don't have a place anywhere: not in your family, not in the world. If you recognize yourself here, very often root chakra healing is where the work begins: from the bottom, from the root chakra.
In my lives I always say: rising in spirituality with a battered base chakra is like building a house without a foundation. It doesn't hold. Life brings you back to the lesson at the bottom. The root chakra is your alphabet: it's hard to write without it.
That's why I gathered all the work on the first chakra into a book: “Root Chakra – Complete Unbindings for Safety, Stability and Grounding”. Below I'll tell you what you'll find in it, who it's for, how to work with it day by day and which lives prepare you for it.
Why root chakra healing comes first
Muladhara means “root” and “support”. It is the first energy center, the connection with the earth and the feeling of safety. Its existential question is: “Is there a place for me here?” In this world, in this family, in this 3D? If the answer isn't a clear “yes”, you have work to do on chakra 1.
It relates to basic needs, to money, work and material stability, to belonging to your family and lineage, to the body and to the confidence that you can go out into the world. And on the path of awakening, when high energies take you up, grounding becomes essential.
Common signs of a root chakra blockage: fear and insecurity, fear of lack, money that doesn't stay, the feeling that you don't belong anywhere, distrust of life, tiredness. If you have physical symptoms that persist, see a doctor first: chakra work goes hand in hand with caring for your health, not in place of it.

What you'll find in the book
The book doesn't stop at theory. It is a practical program, with unbindings, activations, grounding exercises, journaling questions and concrete actions. It contains:
- clear explanations about the Root Chakra and the symbolism of Muladhara;
- the signs associated with an imbalance of the first chakra;
- deep work on fear, insecurity and the fear of lack;
- chapters on money, material stability and the right to receive;
- an exploration of family roots, belonging and ancestral loyalties;
- unbindings for abandonment, not having a place, poverty and distrust of life;
- activations for safety, stability, responsible prosperity and grounding;
- a complete ritual dedicated to the Root Chakra;
- a guided 30-day program;
- journal pages, worksheets and a 90-day stability plan;
- 21 affirmations for the Root Chakra.
The themes of the unbindings
Fear and insecurity; lack, poverty and survival; abandonment and loss of stability; family, lineage and belonging; money and material resources; the feeling “I don't have my place”; distrust of life.
Who it's for
For you, if you feel it's hard to rest, to feel at home or to keep a steady rhythm. For those who want to work on their relationship with money, with family, with personal boundaries and with the feeling of belonging. And for those who “dream of the stars”: it's good to work on the astral, but if here, in 3D, you have no money, no home and you don't manifest, it means you haven't done your homework. Since you are on this plane, you have a job to do here.
How to work with it
Set aside 15 to 25 minutes a day. Each day of the program has the same structure:
- a theme for the day;
- an orientation toward the present;
- an unbinding formula and an activation;
- a concrete action in your life;
- journaling questions.
You can go through the 30 days consecutively or at your own pace. Consistency matters, not perfection. When you feel it's taking you too high or it's too much, stop and ground yourself: gardening, working with your hands, music, a barefoot walk. That's exactly what I do.
The lives that prepare you

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to do the 30 days without a break?
Not necessarily. You can do them consecutively or at your own pace. What matters is coming back on every day you can.
Can I start with other chakras?
I recommend starting from the bottom. Without a base, the other chakras are harder to feel and to hold. The root provides the energy, the rest express it.
Does the book help with money?
The book has chapters on money, material stability and the right to receive, plus unbindings on lack and poverty. It doesn't promise amounts, but it helps you see the patterns that keep you in lack.
Does it replace treatment?
No. The material is for spiritual exploration and personal reflection and does not replace a doctor, psychologist or other professional.
Closing
If it sometimes seems to you that you've come to the wrong address and you miss “home”, somewhere far away, know that you didn't get the wrong address. Your soul wants to learn this lesson, here. Let's lay your foundation: 15 minutes a day, 30 days, step by step. If you have questions, write to me from the contact page. Sending you a kiss, and I'll be waiting for you at the live.

The root chakra: where to start when you want to feel more settled
In the spiritual framework I work with, the root chakra is the starting point of the discussion about grounding. In the live about the energy body, at 5:48, I begin explaining the first chakra and talk about visualizing it. I use the color red and images that organize my attention in practice.
For your reading, you can take this theme as an invitation to a concrete question: what exactly am I missing today to feel more stable? You don't need to answer with an explanation of your whole life. Sometimes you have a task, a schedule or a need you keep postponing to clarify.
Visualization is not an exam
Some people easily follow an imaginative guidance; others relate better to words, to journaling or to the things around them. If you choose to follow the recording, you can listen first. You don't have to produce a perfect image, nor copy the intensity with which I describe my own experience.
In the live I also say not to force the spiritual process. Keep this idea in mind even when you feel you “should” be advancing faster. The practice must not become yet another place where you judge yourself.
A journal page for stability
You can divide a sheet into three: what worries me, what I can organize and what help I can ask for. Write one situation in each part. For example, if a postponed obligation weighs on you, today's step might be to find out which document you need or to set aside half an hour for it.
This is an exercise for integration into everyday life. It doesn't ask you to see all material problems as the effect of a chakra. You're allowed to work with a symbol and, at the same time, to deal separately with information, resources and practical decisions.
How to choose a fragment of the meditation
In the chakra cleansing meditation, from 1:25, the guidance begins with chakra 1. If you choose this recording, notice how I move from one image to another and keep a comfortable pace. At its end, at 25:35, there is a closing and returning stage.
After the practice, return to your sheet and choose an achievable step. Sometimes such a step tells you more about your need for stability than trying to measure how intensely you felt the exercise.
Do I have to wear red or buy something?
You can use the color as a symbolic reference if you like. It isn't a condition for reflecting on safety or for making a good decision for yourself. For the context of the whole map, continue with the guide to the seven chakras. If you prefer written work, look at the contents of the book presented in this article.
