The Adevăr și Lecuire Training Programme is an extensive journey, structured in 12 modules, in which Cristina Balan will progressively pass on her methods, exercises and way of working.

The training will take place online. Each module is designed as a stage of deeper learning, and the full programme, exact dates, times, online access and other organisational details will be communicated directly to those enrolled.

The programme starts from your own inner process and progresses gradually towards understanding and working with the processes of other people.

The full programme consists of 12 modules, and the content will be explored progressively throughout the training.

👧 The Inner Child

We will explore in depth the wounds, reactions, fears and mechanisms formed in early experiences and the way they continue to show up in adult life.

👨 The Relationship with the Father

We will explore the programs and wounds built in the relationship with the father and how they can influence relationships, safety, authority, trust and how we relate to ourselves.

👩 The Relationship with the Mother

We will work on the relationship with the mother, the child's needs, early wounds and the patterns that may continue to be reproduced in adult life.

🌀 The energy body and the unbindings

We will go deeper into energy work and the unbinding methods used in the Adevăr și Lecuire practice. The aim of the training is not just to receive exercises, but to begin to understand what you observe, what you look for and how you build a working process.

⚔️ Spiritual Warfare

One of the modules is dedicated to Spiritual Warfare and the spiritual practices used within Adevăr și Lecuire.

🔥 Spells and How to Undo Them

Within the spiritual framework specific to Adevăr și Lecuire, we will address the theme of spells and how to undo them, as well as the working methods associated with this practice.

🤝 Working with clients

As the training progresses, we will move from personal work towards understanding another person's process.

I want you to learn to observe, to ask the right questions, to make connections, to identify what lies behind the problem presented and to understand how a coherent working process is built.

I don't want you to learn exercises mechanically. I want you to learn to understand the person in front of you.

This is not just a workshop. It is a long-term training journey, built so that each stage builds on what you have learned and worked on before.

For people who complete the training, are well prepared and have a real compatibility with the values and way of working of Adevăr și Lecuire, there may be the possibility of continuing to work together after the programme ends.

Depending on their level of preparation and the projects available, they may be featured on the Adevăr și Lecuire website as therapists trained in the Adevăr și Lecuire method and may take part in projects developed under the brand.

This continuation will be built individually, where there is preparation, trust and genuine collaboration.

The first stage of the training begins in January 2027.
